Perfect place

The apartement is as cute as advertised on the pictures. The owner is charming and loves kids. Organisation was easy and everything went really smoothly. The apartement is very well equipped, the kitchen is excellent, close to beach and supermarket, parking space provided, with elevator... We had wonderful holidays.

Beautiful apartment

We stayed in the apartment in October 2014, two grownups and a two-year old. Organisation went really well. The owner was easy to reach and is a charming, friendly guy who loves kids. The apartement is very well equipped (excellent kitchen, huge fridge, cooling box and cartridges for taking food to the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, ......) and beautifully furnished, ideally situated for the beach, there is a parking space, elevator, all equipment needed for a toddler, supermarket in walking distance ... just perfect.

Bosa Marina, un endroit à découvrir!

We enjoyed our stay at the appartment in Bosa Marina. Sebastiano was friendly, attentive and welcoming. The appartment was well equipped but infortunately, we didn't have the wifi, an essential service. Furthermore, we have to pay the climatisation for a week. I think it should included in the price when we doing the reservation. We had have to manage the waste and recuperation race day and it was complicated for people who are in vacation.

Schönes Appartement, gute Lage, hervorragender Gastgeber

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Noch nie hatten wir so eine gute Küchenausstattung, Selbst Gewürze, Grundnahrungsmittel und Putzmittel waren vorhanden. Der Strand von Bosa Marina ist nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch der hübsche Ort Bosa ist gut erreichbar. Es war für uns der ideale Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge, die wir mit dem Auto unternehmen konnten. Sardinien ist eine Reise wert. Aber vor allem möchten wir uns bei unserem Gastgeber Sebastiano bedanken. Wir wurden mit Getränken und Süßigkeiten empfangen. Er gab uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und war jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank Sebastiano. Winziger Minuspunkt war nur, dass es keinen wlan Anschluss gab. Anne + Lu September 2018

Appartamento fantastico , curato nei minimi particolari e dotato di tutti comfort.

Abbiamo passato due settimane splendide , l'appartamento è veramente bello,curato nei minimi particolari , confortevole e molto funzionale , ventilato , superaccessoriato e molto pulito .E' collocato vicino alla spiaggia ed ai negozi . I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili .Seguendo le loro indicazioni abbiamo visitato luoghi meravigliosi e spiagge bellissime . Un grazie di cuore a Lella e Sebastiano , persone di rara umanità e gentilezza che con la loro discreta ma attenta presenza , hanno reso la nostra vacanza speciale .

eccellente appartamento

Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per molti fattori, prima di tutto è posizionato molto bene a circa 150 metri da una bella spiaggia dove c'è molto posto sia per la zona libera che per gli stabilimenti balneari, nelle vicinanze ci sono molti negozi utili, bar, tabaccheria, panettiere e mini market. L'appartamento è al terzo piano con ascensore, molto luminoso e ventilato con un bel panorama sui due lati, posto auto riservato e cancello elettrico per entrare, è fornito di ogni confort, dalla lavastoviglie al microonde all'aria condizionata, i letti sono molto comodi e in generale è arredato come, e meglio di tante case usate per tutto l'anno, anche la dotazione per andare in spiaggia molto completa dalle sedie agli ombrelloni, il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile e per qualsiasi esigenza sia logistica che di supporto è sempre presente e disponibile. Per concludere consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione, ne troverete certamente anche in zona di meno care ma sicuramente non di così complete, buona vacanza.

Vacanza fantastica ! Casa perfetta X 3 !!!

Appartamento molto bello e super attrezzato, ci siamo trovati come a casa nostra con tutti i comfort possibili e immaginabili. Séjour à BOSA

Quel bonheur d'avoir connu Sebastiano et sa charmante épouse, pour leur accueil très chaleureux. Très attentifs à notre confort et à notre emploi du temps. Leur appartement est très confortable, très bien équipé, dans un état parfait et très bien situé pour la plage et le centre ville. De plus, Bosa est une jolie petite ville ancienne et typique où il fait bon se promener. Encore un grand merci à tous deux pour toutes leurs attentions à notre égard.

Wonderful family holiday

It is the second time we stayed in Sebastiano's flat - I guess that says everything? It is a beautiful place, very well equipped, parking lot, a wonderful beach in walking distance, fascinating prehistoric sites in the vicinity, and Sebastiano takes great care to make sure his guests are comfortable. We will be back after I have learnt Italian ;).

Eine schöne Zeit auf der Trauminsel

Sehr netter, kultivierter Vermieter, der sich persönlich um alles kümmert. Makellose Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts außer WLan, was als einziges zu bemängeln wäre. Denn jedes Mal in die nächstgelegene Bar zu gehen ist nervig. Aber das trübt den sehr guten Gesamteindruck nur unwesentlich, schließlich ist man ja im Urlaub. Ruhige Lage, von den Hausgenossen haben wir praktisch nichts bemerkt. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

dire perfetto il tutto mi sembra riduttivo, siamo stati benissimo, casa meravigliosa...tutto lindo..curato con eleganza e garbo... i proprietari squisiti... gentilissimi e attenti a qualsiasi nostra difficolta' nella vacanza.. che dire di piu'... arrivederci alla prossima estate!!! Grazie.

Tutto Perfetto. Siamo veramente soddisfatti.

Appartamento pulito e accogliente. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze ed accessoriato di tutto il necessario (per completare le stoviglie della cucina si consiglia un colino e un passaverdure). Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane fantastiche. Proprietario non invadente e sempre disponibile. Da non perdere. Per chi vuole rilassarsi e divertirsi lo consigliamo visto anche la vicinanza al mare.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung. Zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Vermieter aber etwas zu kontrollierend.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Wohnung in Bosa verbracht. Die Wohnung haben wir uns zu viert geteilt, inklusive unserem Vater, der auf den Rollstuhl angewiesen war, was wunderbar funktioniert hatte. Trotz einem Stern Abzug, welchen wir geben mussten, empfehlen wir die Wohnung gerne weiter!!! Die Wohnung selber ist wirklich sehr gut eingerichtet, alles was man braucht war zu finden. Eine so gut ausgestattete Wohnung hatten wir noch nie gehabt. Auch die Lage ist ideal und die Aussicht auf die Burg von Bosa wunderschön. Obwohl für vier Personen angegeben, empfanden wir die Wohnung für vier Personen etwas zu eng. Besonders im kleineren Schlafzimmer konnten wir nicht gut schlafen, da wir uns das Bett zu zweit teilen mussten und es schon ungewohnt eng war. Zuerst funktionierte das heisse Wasser nicht, anschliessend funktionierte die Geschirrspühlmaschine nicht. Der Vermieter hat alles in kürzester Zeit behoben, wir hatten wohl einfach Pech. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und stets zur Hilfe (Leider spricht er nur italienisch, was die Kommunikation sehr erschwerte). Egal was man braucht, er ist sofort da und hilft. Auch dies haben wir noch nie erlebt. Allerdings empfanden wir die Hilfsbereitschaft als etwas zu extrem. Während seinen kurzen Besuchen wegen dem nicht funktionierenden Heisswasser und der Geschirrspühlmaschine hat er immer kontrolliert ob wir in der Wohnung auch alles richtig machen. Z.B. hat er uns dann vorgeschrieben welches Tischtuch wir benützen dürfen und wo wir Brot schneiden müssten. Bei der Wohnungsabgabe wurde alles penibel kontrolliert. Der Vermieter hat alle Teller und Gläser gezählt während wir daneben standen und uns wie Kleinkriminelle fühlten, die ein Glas eingepackt hätten. Dann wurden Kleinigkeiten bemängelt wie die Brotkrumen im Backofen und der wenige Sand bei den Sonnenschirmen. Trotz der Kritik würden wir diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Sie liegt nur einige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand Boss Marina entfernt. Sonnenschirme, Liegen und Kühltasche standen zur Verfügung. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Für unsere kleine Tochter stand ein extra Babybett, ein Hochstuhl und Baby-Handtücher bereit. Sebastiano war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben sehr schöne Tage verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

...L'amicizia non ha prezzo!

Fin dalla prenotazione si intuisce che Lella e Sebastiano non considerano i propri ospiti semplici turisti ma cari amici in visita a Bosa. Il residence, silenzioso e dotato di parcheggio interno è, anche grazie alle dettagliatissime indicazioni fornite da Sebastiano, facile da raggiungere ed in posizione comodissima, sia per recarsi presso le splendide spiagge di Bosa che per visitarne l'affascinante centro storico. L'appartamento, climatizzato e dotato di qualsiasi confort, non è semplicemente pulito ed ordinato ma accogliente e curato nel minimo dettaglio, arricchito da pezzi unici di artigianato creati da Lella e Sebastiano con le proprie mani. Durante la permanenza non si può che apprezzare l'infinità di accessori, anche per i più piccoli, messi a disposizione che, congiuntamente ai preziosi consigli di Sebastiano, contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Soltanto alla partenza, però, ci si rende conto che si stanno lasciando dei cari amici che, discreti e mai invadenti, ci hanno coccolato in ogni momento. Soltanto una parola... GRAZIE! Bellissima Vacanza

Great vacation in Boas Marina, Sardinina

We had 2 wonderfull weeks of vacation in Bosa Marina, in the appartment of Sebastiano's. the perfect appartment for familiy of 4, with more than what is needed for a great vacation. Good view to the mountaing, the river and with all equipement needed to make food, go to the beach and .... at the same time a perfect host . Great hospitality from the family and NO surprises but imidiate action if anything was needed. Guidance in the area waited. We can only recommend the appartment and our nice hosts.

Quando trovi più di quello che ti aspetteresti!!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza a Bosa, in un appartamento curatissimo in ogni particolare, pulitissimo e dotato di un'incredibile quantità di utensili. I proprietari Sebastiano e Raffaella sono persone stupende e ospitali.Ci hanno consigliato i luoghi più belli da visitare e i locali migliori dove cenare trattandoci come veri amici.La zona è bellissima, ricca di storia,di spiagge stupende , calette da scoprire e paesini da visitare. Da consigliare a tutti sia coppie che famiglie.

Super!

Wir hatten noch nie eine so ruhig gelegene und gut ausgestattete Wohnung; sogar für den Strand standen Stühle, Sonnenschirme und Matten zur Verfügung. An die für uns ungewohnte ital. Kaffeemaschine haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Beim Bäcker schräg gegenüber konnten wir leckere frische Backwaren erstehen. Das Mietauto stand sicher hinter einem geschlossenen Tor im Schatten der Häuser. Sebastiano und Raffaella sind nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter, sie gaben uns viele Tipps für Wanderungen, lohnende Ziele und gute Restaurants. (Vor dem nächsten Besuch werden wir aber unsere Italienischkenntnisse stärker auffrischen.) Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder. Ulrich und Brigitte

Eine hervorragende Wohnung für eine Familie

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Die beiden Schlafräume und die Wohnküche boten viel Platz für uns alle. Besonders die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorzuheben. Auch der Blick vom Balkon über den Hafen und die Dächer von Bosa Marina war herrlich. Sebastiano war ein äußerst zuvorkommender und immer ansprechbarer Vermieter. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Perfetto!

We hebben een heerlijke week in Bosa gehad! Het appartement zag er keurig en schoon uit en is voorzien van alle gemakken!. Sebastiano is zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk! Met 'google translate', handen en voeten, een beetje Italiaans en Frans, konden we elkaar prima verstaan. Sebastiano had goede adviezen m.b.t. restaurants, uitstapjes en wandelroutes. Het directe strand bij Bosa Marina is minder mooi, maar in de buurt vind je idyllische baaitjes. We hebben genoten! Bedankt voor de goede zorgen, Sebastiano en vrouw!
