Room clean and comfy. Food was very good. Sitting by the pool was very relaxing. There was a problem with the pool and out of use but the staff were very helpful and cleaned the pool which enabled us to use.

Good experience

The shower was not sparkling clean and water was leaking out the shower door. The were cup stains on the table and dressers. Other than that it was a good place, enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly.

One night Stay

Room safe was not functional was my only complaint. Evening meal buffet, was so-so, But the morning breakfast was fantastic. The view from the back patio having a drink watching the sunset was very nice and relaxing.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the service sometimes took far too long given the amount of people ordering - had to wait nearly 45 mins for a latte, but it was very hot so maybe the staff had to move slowly! The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard so top marks to housekeeping! The Spa was great.

My unhappiness about the hotel

The kettle in our room had yellow/rusty water coming out of it. The toilet had a tissue in it before we even used it. The carpet was dirty, with dirt on it. My children's room had a coffee machine that had very dirty water coming out of it. I was very disappointed with cleanliness during these covid times, no excuse. Lastly, my daughter forgot her sweam suite in the bathroom but the hotel has not even contacted us about it. I will certainly not return to this accommodation. The beach volleyball pitch was broken. This place can have a lot of entertainment inside it due to the availability of space.

Service was horrible, we were waiting in front of the door for over 30 mins due to our room card doesn’t work, and they finally changed our room, after so much chaos. They said they were sorry, would we like to drink something? we said coke, coke was coming with bills, we tried to explain the coke was offered by hotel, but the staffs shouted to us said he doesn’t know, and we should pay right away.. such a manner Room is not really clean, dust on the table that we should wipe again and insects flying ... air conditioning doesn’t really work, hot is the room. What else can we expect in this hotel? Only the boy helping us carrying our luggage is lovely and nice.

1 year anniversary

I came to the hotel with my wife to spend our 1 year anniversary of marriage. We received great service at the main gate as well as at the reception. The room was amazing and a nice view of nature, pool was lovely as well. Although the room's two pin plug wasn't working but overall room was wonderful. Indifferent about my stay

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with modern furnishing comfortable stay. Great effort in room preparation but the downfall was the staff unfriendliness. The receptionists came across as more irritated with terrible service at the restaurant. We literally only for service after about 30min of sitting then is getting up to ask how things work. Definitely only for our food past an hour of being there. Felt like going out to find a McDonald’s to just grab a burger to fill out tummy them get you and do in the morning. Left me feeling indifferent about coming back or recommending it to other people
