The Free valet was very easy and convenient. The room was quiet and clean. Loved the coffee at the espresso bar. The staff here in the hotel . casino, and restaurants were super nice and courteous. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

Impressive hotel in every way. The front desk staff are outstanding and did everything they could to make our stay a good one. The handicap room was fully accessible and gorgeous. The bed was a 10 thank God - everything about the hotel is first rate and will be the only place we stay in Shreveport in the future.

Room was great. Amenities were fine. Dealers at Blackjack tables were obviously told to deal as fast as possible which made the game rushed and not enjoyable. After one night of this I played at the other Casinos.
