Dirty and old needs an update!!! Bathtub had rust stains, the room number outside the door had a number written on the wall with a market just above it looked ghetto.

The hotel has a functioning level 2 EV charger. That made our lives so much easier as we didn’t have to hunt around to find a charger.

Problems with room. Refrigerator made noise for night. Shower was either too hot or to cold. Hallway smelled like pot and smell got into room. Standing lamp light broken got shock when turning off. It was already on when we got in room. Our room wasnt cleaned the one full day we stayed there. When we left they said they told us that room is cleaned wvery other day but we only needed it clean one day.

Property was clean. Breakfast was great. Front desk was amazing. Definitely going again. Every time I come to Massachusetts I will be going to that hotel.

The Owners were incredibly accommodating to our family and flexible with their pricing. All the Staff were very polite, friendly and appeared to enjoy working there. We will absolutely stay there again for our next soccer tournament.

Dear Mr. Salado, please let me know who did you speak to because I spoke to all my agents and nobody said anything about your complaints also if you would like to speak to me please call the hotel after 4:00pm or please send me your phone number so that I can call you, I am sure if there was something serious like that my agent would have asked you if you want to speak to the GM right away and I would have spoken to you.
We stayed here and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff was very attentive. They provide breakfast and they have parking onsite. Whenever we come back to Boston we will stay here again.

Dear Kesner, we would like to thank you for taking the time and giving us a good rating, and we wish you brought this to our attention at the time of check in or when you went to the room, because we do have rooms with the sink inside the bathroom, many times lot of our guest prefer the sink outside so that if one person is in the bathroom the other can do brush, shave or do make up because the mirror in the bathroom while someone is taking a bath it fogs up. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
What I liked most about the property is the staff, very friendly and the breakfast they served it’s good.

A good nights stay. The clerk asked checkin was efficient and quick. Not particularly personable but not unkind. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All the pillows were too big....need some variety.
Morning breakfast was sufficient.
