We have a garage with a level-2 EV charger, a finished playroom in the basement for ping-pong with an elliptical bike. Laundry room with electric dryer and all supplies. Large screen TVs with Xfinity access in all bedrooms and great room. Full dining room and living room. Grille on the deck off the kitchen. Heat pump for quiet comfort, and both gas and induction range top.
