We arrived later than planned @ 0300 and our King room was given away and we were put in a (2) dbl bed room.
Gentleman at desk did not seem concerned.
First time we've had an issue with a Marriott property.
Property is really run down. Room service is very pricey and not that good at all. McDonald’s would have been better. The hotel was noisy all night long and nothing in room for guests.
I asked for a later check out due to an appointment at the hospital and was told I would be charged extra if I stayed past 12 noon. Not very accomodating
The room was great, the facilities were great. My room for 1 had a king-sized bed, a large TV, a lovely chair and hassock, and a nice desk and chair as well.
Everything was good place is very clean customer service is great only one thing my room wasn’t clean we came back around 8:30pm called downstairs advised room wasn’t clean person apologized I advised her no worries just please bring up towels we waited like 45mn called back downstairs person said I’ll bring them up myself she did but only brought 2 bath towels no wash clothes or hand towels can’t make this up I didn’t even call back
This was a great place to stay on our recent trip to Salem. Not too far away but not so close we were constantly in the middle of crowds. The breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was, but mostly tasty.
