This is our second time staying here and overall the quality of the hotel and location are fantastic. However, check in was terrible this time—our room wasn’t ready and they said they’d text to let us know the status. After 4pm we reached out and they told us about a mechanical issue and offered another room, which we would’ve appreciated earlier as we had theater and Celtics tickets. We didn’t get in the room until 4:30 and only because we reached out again. The fan did not work in the room but it wasn’t worth reaching out to the front desk again. The service at the bar was also very slow.
However, on check out, I thought I left my credit card at the hotel and Juan at the front desk was incredibly helpful in trying to track it down. So although the location and quality of the hotel is excellent, the service was hit or miss this trip.
