I didn't care for the limited dinner menu in the hotel restaurant "Rose". Much too limited in Italian style food for being located in the North End of Boston.

Room was not ready until 1 hr after check in. TV didnt work and someone needed to come fix. The next morning the shower didnt have hot water. Not staying here again.

The location is perfect for enjoying Boston’s north end. Lots of restaurant choices and it’s close enough to everything that you can always walk back for a quick rest-up before heading back out again. Very clean and my hubby loved the exercise room!

Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind offering suggestions and assistance. The hotel was incredibly clean and luxurious for a great price. Everything was very walkable and easy to find and get to. Being so close to Quincy Market was a huge bonus!

Great location for all the places you want to be. Food, dining, little Italy and North End activities. Public transportation is next door. Farmers Market next door on Fri/Sat, great to grab some great fresh fruit for the room at unbelievable prices! Cool bars very close as well.

The hotel was beautiful. We stayed in the king, the new bedroom with balcony. The view was spectacular. The hotel was clean and modern. Right beside FH and lots of shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The ocean, aquarium and TD Garden is all within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here.

One of our room was not ready until hours after check in time. We were able to store all luggage in our one available room and went to our scheduled plans. We were able to check in around 11pm. Staff was very apologetic.

Our stay at Canopy was wonderful! The corner room with the city view was beautiful, cozy and elegant. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was wonderful. the staff was extremely professional, helpful and kind. Walking distance to the waterfront and shopping. Loved It!!!

Great location beautiful hotel. It was expensive though since I came from Canada and the exchange is horrible. Close to TD gardens where we went to our first NHL game. Would stay there again. Loved the shower too 😍

This is our second time staying here and overall the quality of the hotel and location are fantastic. However, check in was terrible this time—our room wasn’t ready and they said they’d text to let us know the status. After 4pm we reached out and they told us about a mechanical issue and offered another room, which we would’ve appreciated earlier as we had theater and Celtics tickets. We didn’t get in the room until 4:30 and only because we reached out again. The fan did not work in the room but it wasn’t worth reaching out to the front desk again. The service at the bar was also very slow. However, on check out, I thought I left my credit card at the hotel and Juan at the front desk was incredibly helpful in trying to track it down. So although the location and quality of the hotel is excellent, the service was hit or miss this trip.

Great Stay As Always
Check in was a little slow but staff was friendly. We stay here a few days every year because of the great location when attending events at TD Garden. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds okay, pillows not so much but we take our own. We also self park in the garage behind the hotel for cheaper than the hotel charges, we pay $45/24 hrs hotel charges $65.00 and uses same parking garage. They don’t tell you but they have small drawer like fridge in the room which is handy. Rose restaurant in the hotel is good food. My biggest complaints would be the rainfall shower head, pressure is terrible and hard to get soap out of your hair if you have a lot of hair and the espresso machine in the room. I refer coffee maker but in this case same as last stay there, the espresso machine was broke and just sitting there together until you touch it and it falls apart. Quincy Market & /Faneuil Hall is just outside the door. Lots of restaurants and DD just steps out the door. One side of hotel has 2 streets of open food markets every day except Sunday. Would recommend and definitely stay again but wish they’d put coffee in the room or lobby and put regular shower heads on. Very busy hotel though because of prime location. Male staff very friendly and recognize you from day to day and ask about the event you attended…nice attention to detail and engaging. I saw it with several guests from a couple staff and it makes it feel more personable!
