I was rebooked at this hotel because it’s been overbooked at the Hilton nearby. May I say what a pleasure it was. This hotel was clean and quiet and staff were very professional and helpful. I would stay here 10 million times again.

I suspect that this property was recently changed to Comfort Inn brand. It is only OK. The floor/hallway layout is a bit strange - many half level changes, long walks to the front area, no obvious front lobby entrance. The room maintenance is only fair. The basic amenities were there. But not the latest and greatest. The free breakfast was good.

I was stranded after a canceled flight and this hotel saved me. No frills but clean safe and the staff was incredible nice and sympathetic to all the weary travelers just trying to get home!

The hotel has good online reviews, a good breakfast, and a nice location. Unfortunately, we stayed four nights with four guests, and our room was never cleaned. On the fourth day, I requested trash removal, fresh towels, and toilet paper, but nothing was done. When I called the front desk, I was told the employee was alone and could only bring towels and toilet paper. The trash piled up, causing the room to smell, and we had to leave trash and used towels outside our room. The location and breakfast were good, but the lack of housekeeping made our stay disappointing.

We stayed here for 3 nights to go to a BTS concert in Foxborough. The location is very convenient to Boston and Salem. Very convenient to Gillette Stadium. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and fully functional, and the water pressure (shower) was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well. The small refrigerator worked well. Free breakfast from 0600-0900 was good: eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, coffee, juices, hard boiled eggs, toast and bagels. Overall, very nice and convenient to stay at.

The property was clean and simple. Blackout curtains a definite help. The staff was extraordinary! I got to the hotel much later than I planned -to the degree that I would miss the event I was there for. The team there (desk clerk Rashid and the day manager - I forgot her name!) looked up transportation options and commuter rail times to make sure I would be there for at least part of the event. Truly went above and beyond to be sure I got to the train, etc. When I returned, Rashid asked if I got there for the dinner - I hadn’t- and he suggested a couple of places that Ubereats could deliver from at 10 pm (I missed dinner). Another guest’s coffee maker wasn’t working so he brewed them some from the kitchen. When I left the next day, that team was especially friendly and helpful as well. In a nutshell, it is not fancy but it is priced right especially with free parking and breakfast, and the service is commendable and seems to be part of the culture. Thank you to the staff!!
