The downstairs family room is a great space to watch a movie or the game with in-wall and in-ceiling surround sound. On the back patio you’ll find a new grill for those nice summer nights.
Here you have easy access to 93 and a 15 minute drive to downtown or the airport. You’ll have a 20 minute walk to the red line. You are steps away from the Neponset River, Finegan Park, and Pope John Paul Park. Multiple playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts near Tenean beach. Walking distance to restaurants, a distillery, a winery, and Boston Harbor with great views of the skyline. Less than 5 minute walk to Planet Fitness. This home is a great place to come back and relax after exploring all that Boston has to offer!
