The staff and facilities are very good with the exception of the pool being closed, and the WiFi is terrible I use my hotspot to get my work done as the WiFi is nonexistent

The room was clean and spacious. It was comfortably warm on those chilly nights during our stay. On our last night at the hotel, there was a snowfall. A good amount of snow fell that may have hindered staff coming in the following morning. If it did, we could not tell. The hotel restaurant opened on time. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast before checking out and heading home. The restaurant staff was lovely and courteous. Looking forward to rebooking our stay for next year's Christmas weekend.

We did not eat the breakfast. therefore can not rate it. The room was well equipped with soap and lotion, as well as popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. If i need a room in this area again, i will choose this hotel.

The breakfast was ok. Same as any Motel that gives free breakfast. The car park needs some repairs. The room was poor. The carpet was very old worm and discoloured. The shower valve meeds replacing. The same applies to the load AC in the room. The room was clean and the bed seemed clean. Granted its a very old property, and some repairs seems necessary or a face lift to the property.
