Large sunny private room on the top floor of Boston Brownstone, close to Fenway park, BC, BU, and great restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and shopping. Only a few stops to Copley Square, Boston Commons, Boston Public Gardens and Downtown Boston. Offering approx 450 sq ft of living space. Sitting area, table for eating and working, fridge, coffee maker, microwave. Bathroom is shared with one other room. Shared kitchen.
The room is on the 4th Floor.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

If you are very noise sensitive please consider brownstone is found on Beacon Street and Train travels on this street. Room is on the top floor. Professional building, please be considerate of other tenants. A welcome packet will be sent two weeks prior to arrival, it contains all info needed for check in and during your stay. 3 days prior to arrival, Arrival instructions will be sent, provides key access and a navigator that will take you to the property.

There is a $100 lock out fee.

Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. Great private room in the center of Brookline and 3 major town centers. Across the street from public T and very close to Fenway and Longwood Medical Area. Be at the center of all the Boston attractions and come back home to enjoy this quiet and serene space. Room offers mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, a table for eating and working, upholstered chairs, ottoman, 32" television offering basic cable stations, wifi internet. Bathrom is shared with 3 other rooms on the same floor. There is an additional bathroom on each of the lower floors and a kitchen in the basement. You are right across the street from the Green Line and yet it's quiet and serene as the room is set towards the back of the building.
