We had a nice stay here. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing for a hotel breakfast. The staff was helpful I only had a little bit of a hard time figuring some check in details over the phone beforehand but at the property was great. The gym could use some updating but it was nice to have a few pieces of equipment to use.

This was an average hotel with a decent included breakfast, which the staff kept up on. They have an outdoor pool which was not open while we stayed, and though the hotel was not visibly dirty, there was a bad general smell in our room, that did not dissipate during our stay. The staff was nice.

Love the area. Nice hotel. Cozy. Good breakfast. The only issue was that they never came to clean the room whilw we were there foe three days and the elevatoe got stack with us one evening for about a minute. Overall it was good.

Boston wedding

We were traveling to a wedding in Boston but we wanted to find something in the area but more affordable for our 2 night stay. This was a nice spot, convenient location, shopping nearby, access to highways, etc. Breakfast was quite good. I used the fitness room twice, also a necessity for my lifestyle. Only complaint is the walls are a bit thin, so you can definitely hear people moving around above you and next door.

Our initially assigned room did not have access to wi-fi and when staff was alerted to this, a visit to our room confirmed the problem and we were immediately moved to a room with not problems. The room was clean, comfortable, and attractive with good TV package.

I booked here because of the pool. Did not find out until day after I arrived the pool was not working. Nobody mentioned at checkin. Breakfast food is not the best. Hot food is cold. Limited friut option. Not sure I would stay here again.

Pool not working. Washer and Dryer not working and did not seem to have interest in fixing them. Lots of International travelers with family and makes USA look bad. Breakfast food acceptable but cold. No mention of pool or washer and dryer not working on checkin. Staff friendly and helpful. Not sure about management. Had to extend my stay and staff were helpful. Able to stay in same room. No USB ports. Needs upgrade.

The room was comfortable, although when I turned up the thermostat to warm the room a bit it spit out only cold air. I called the front desk on this and they said it would take several minutes for it to warm, but I ran it for several minutes and did not notice any warming, so I turned it off as the room was only getting cooler. Eventually, the room warmed on its own with me in it. I was disappointed that the outdoor pool was not available but they said they were doing major renovations, so I will look forward to using that the next time I stay there. All in all, I find the Sonesta to be a very nice, comfortable place to stay.
