This is an awful hotel with awful staff. I checked in the hotel at midnight only to find out my room was occupied by a guest who was not supposed to be there according to the hotel. So the staff told me there was no room for me and asked me to leave the hotel and go somewhere else. I told the staff that they took my reservation but they didn’t bother keeping my reservation. He said that was correct. No apology. He didn’t even care. It was midnight. This hotel is a complete rip off. If it happened to me, it will happen to any guests.

The staff was friendly, however, we had to ask for more linens and didn’t get them until we went downstairs. No breakfast, or even option to buy a hot meal, housekeeping didn’t come to the room to even take out the trash or change the sheets, nothing. Just as we were checking out the police arrived because someone pepper sprayed her and created a scene in hallway. Thank God that was checkout day, that girl looked high as a kite. This hotel is in a nice area so expected better.

For housekeeping service, due to our hotel is an extended stay hotel, so housekeeping service won't be provided to reservations under 7 nights booking. If you want to take out the trash, we have the trash bin in the end of each hallway. And if you want to change the sheets, you can ask the front desk to get the clean sheets.

Never had to call and request a refund to any location of stay before .What is worse they only offered half of the price for a refund .. My stay was said to be for a studio suite with a sofabed attached for a said price ..I enter location and I was told it was not available .Remained flexible and they offered a really smaller option for my group.Had no choice with a tired 3 year old needing to sleep at 9:40 pm . Along with a room that had clothes there from a previous guest , handtowel with hair on it as well as a very obvious stinky pillow . I never had issue with Expedia nor hotel stays but this one here. Not okay at all

When first checking in it took forever come to find out it wanted processed right. After that at 3am we woke up to a guy using a card in the door and loud knocking. ( he was checking in next to us when we came in) At the same time a phone call to the room not making sense. Then having trouble with our “account” when we went and asked what was that about at 3am.

Property was clean, but dated. Looked like they were doing work to update. Sprinkler spigot was rusted out & I could see sheetrock above window- looked like a hole, but plaster was missing. Loved the full refrigerator. & was convenient to highway. The cleaning crew only spoke spanish so made it hard to communicate when I needed towels etc.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom studio and the room was old...furniture was peeling, the sofa bed mattress had no linen on it...You could see stains on the mattress...Although when i requested clean linen it was provided...There was no cooking pots or pans...It really looks like no one stocked up the room prior to check...very much disappointed

Unfortunately, hotel is not well maintained. Odors and dirty carpets, stained lamp shades, poor lighting in rooms. Parking lot littered with trash. I likded the idea of having a kitchen, but we wont stay here again. The first room they gave us was dirty and smelled horrible. We had to go request another room. Our bathroom was clean, but the carpet and floors were dirty. Curtains falling apart, dirty, and lamp shades dirty, stained.

The room was dirty and had a strong mildew odor. There was a pool of water in the dishwasher. The door was broken and would not close or open without extra force. I’ve never seen to many bugs in any hotel I’ve stayed in. A ton of lady bugs (super weird to me) and stink bugs. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and switched our room. The new room smelled bad as well but with a smell I couldn’t identify. The room was cleaner. Still had bugs.

So So Stay
While the staff was friendly, and the hotel was fairly clean, there were issues with plumbing in the room. There were also issues with the keys to our room and the doors leading to the outdoors. You really had to put some hip into it to get it open when you needed to get inside after using your key. After 15 minutes or so of receiving a key, your key is no longer valid enter the room. Orange juice that we got from the snack shop was outdated and sour/spoiled.
