Great stay.
Beautiful place to stay, very clean and serviced every day. Rooms very large, more like a suite. With the advantage of down stairs communal kitchen, dinning room and small sitting room. A bbq and decking which would be brilliant in summer months. Would definitely recommend this property to any one.

The Atlantic suite was superb and had plenty of room! Everything was so clean and they thought of everything you would need. The view from the balcony in the morning was great. One of the owners greeted us every evening to checkin on our stay and make sure everything was good. Can't go wrong here!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Our room was huge, decor was beautiful, and it has a small balcony with great views. Staff were amazing and considerate, they even put a bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates in our room after finding out that we were on our honeymoon. Property is small, quiet, and homey. It felt more like renting a private apartment than a hotel. Amenities were plentiful, the breakfast muffins were delicious! Plenty of hot water, although it got dangerously hot very quickly. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets, including extras in the massive walk-in closet. And everything was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Lovely B&B. Door was locked when we arrived and had to converse with someone through the doorbell who eventually let us in. Stood for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to attend to us and eventually the housekeeper came downstairs to give us our keys. She was not the one we spoke to through the doorbell. Room was lovely, comfy bed and had everything we needed. Breakfast was laid out in the kitchen in the morning but there were no staff around so apart from the housekeeper when we arrived, the place seems to be unstaffed. Lovely continental breakfast where you help yourself to the items laid out and things in the fridge. My only fault would be it was very carb heavy. Some fruit would be a lovely addition. Very pleasant stay though.

I stayed in the room near the kitchen June 9-10…one Giant complaint - whatever strong detergent used on blanket was overpowering with the smell and I am covered with large blotches over my whole body since waking up on Saturday. Awful! Today all the spots are still there. Very disappointed. Irina Malichek

Loved the Beacon Waterfront
I loved The Beacon Waterfront! I was looking for a place to spend one night for a reasonable price and discovered a jewel. Beautifully done inside. Peaceful and beautiful view of the water from the deck. Just the right mix of friendly, caring & accommodating service. A great night sleep and amazing water pressure in the shower. I will be back again and for more than one night. Thanks to the staff at the Beacon!

Our stay at the Beacon Inn was perfect. The weather during our stay made us cancel our outdoor plans, we had no complaints that we had to stay in. Our room was cozy, comfortable and clean. The online pictures of our room didn't do it justice, it was better than we expected. Location is great, plenty of food choices and close to the ocean. Our only complaint is it is right by a busy road and we could here all the vehicles going by. The Inn did provide a sound machine by the bed that helped.

Beautiful B&B with nicely appointed rooms and impeccable cleanliness. Never met my hosts but they anticipated & arranged for all of my needs. Very comfortable bed. Location is convenient but not a “destination.” Road noise is very noticeable but was “white noise” so not bothersome. Rooms are not well soundproofed so loud neighbors could be an issue but was not for my one night stay. Had to leave very early so didn’t have the breakfast. Parking is onsite but limited and restricted to one vehicle per room. Would stay here again.

What a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, relaxing and luxurious. Worth every penny. I brought my partner here for a one night get away for her birthday, and she was so happy! The owners of this B&B really know what they’re doing and provided a wonderful experience. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Highly recommend!

Property and room was attractive, super clean, comfortable, and very quiet. We loved that the inn provided little snacks in the room, along with a nice continental breakfast each morning. Bed and bedding were just right.

Pleasant surprise
Traveling with the family and looking for a place outside Boston. Found the Beacon Inn and took a chance. We generally don't do B&B but this was fabulous. Due to Covid, there was no real "breakfast" but the room was super and the location was very convenient. We only stayed one night but would love to go back and spend more time at some point.

The location was #1, but everything was great! The "Breakfast in a bag" was lame, but with Covid, I'm glad they haven't opened the kitchen.

Loved the room itself extremely spacious bed very comfortable. Only downfall was the hot tub was really just a shower tub with jets so not ideal for more than 1 person. Otherwise amazing stay great views of the water and not far from the city.
