Staff at the hotel was great. Hotel was good. Pool was clean breakfast was good. They charged me twice for my stay and you have to pay to park. We stayed several days and lost a lot of money due to this. Front desk states they can’t help and no response from the email.

The location of this hotel is not the best & the restaurant isn’t much or a restaurant. They say they offer a shuttle to the nearest subway but it’s actually to the airport which you have to pay to exit so you can get to the subway & pay again to get back to the shuttle meeting spot to go back to the hotel!! Am not sure if I would stay at this hotel again but was traveling with my husband for his company’s offsite. The staff were far and away the best part of the stay

Able to leave luggage before/ after check-in , free airport shuttle when you contact them at airport - both drivers were nice. Basic kitchenette in room. Breakfast was mix of healthy and cooked items. Problem is it is quite early and ends by 8.30am weekdays. Room/bathroom was big and spacious. View of Chelsea Drawbridge was nice. Handy for buses to Chelsea or downtown Boston opposite hotel. Bring ear plugs as traffic can be noisy on main road / bridge crossing. Staff were young but helpful. Has sizeable gym and pool on-site too and both were empty when I used them . No many shops nearby unless you walk down 12 mins to corner store and liquor store but i saw most guests order food to be delivered. Person in room above stomped about a bit annoyingly. Prices were high but it was over the Marathon Patriots holiday wkend. Close to airport but good bus ride to downtown. I didn't venture out to local Chelsea after dark. Largely Hispanic residential area. One nice cafe visited was Kushala. Theres also a CVS locally for toiletries. Overall a pricey but nice stay.
