Located on a private quiet side street.. Renovated LARGE beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath modern apartment - ALL BEDS NEW! NEW bed SIZES! TWO living room areas for your comfort. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level as well as laundry full bath, kitchen and living room area. Both bedrooms on main floor offer queen sized mattresses. 3rd Bedroom is located on lower level with a NEW KING MATTRESS for your comfort. Second living room area with plenty of seating area and flat screen tv. Wide pine floors, upgraded shaker style cabinets Granite counter-tops, SS appliances. Large open concert living. Sleeps 6 people VERY comfortably. Off street parking for one vehicle. Central AC . Outside seating area for your enjoyment. Short walking distance to commuter train to Boston. Walk downtown to restaurants and to beach, Close proximity to historic district. Fully furnished, heat, hot water, electric, cable, wifi all included. Pots/pans utensils, linens , towels all as well. Washer/dryer as well.
No smokers please. Apartment is located on the first floor of two family. No Parties are tolerated. No pets.

Great place The one and only negative was the smell of POT when you opened door to unit. Otherwise, what a great place, beautiful, clean, close to everything. Would definitely stay again

Perfect place for our 6 person family to stay! Immediately beside the wharfs and close to everything! Bed was comfortable, kitchen had a Keurig, and it was exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great time and the beds were all comfortable. Only downside was the limited amount of lamps in the bedrooms and living rooms.

Meet up with new friends in Salem

It was perfect for us and so convenient to a delightful coffee shop and restaurants. Rarely used the car since so much was withing walking distance, especially the old section of Salem. Great vacation.

Great location but…

We were so excited to stay here. The house is cute. The location is great. However… the air conditioning was not working which made for a miserable sleeping experience. The host suggested we open windows, but we did not feel comfortable with this as it is on the 1st floor. I wish there had been some other compromise or solution available to us (or at least some oscillating fans!). Thank goodness we only stayed one night.

This was a perfect spot for my family of four. A nice clean place within easy walking distance of just about anything in Salem. Smooth check-in and checkout processes. We’d stay here again.

Salem townhouse

Property was exactly as described. Very convenient to attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for something other than a chain motel. Having access to a washer and dryer was great!

Sista Trip to Salem

What an amazing weekend! Salem is an incredible place to visit. The unit was beautifully done and very clean and Jennifer the host very responsive. There was 3 of us and we each had our own room and enough space for 3 more!! Great location everything literally in walking distance!! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a short stay in Salem, and this property was the perfect location for us. There were two couples in our group, and the house was perfect for us. It was short walking distance to everything in Salem.

Great girls weekend!

Such a great girls trip house! Walking distance to almost all the local attractions. Also short walk to the ferry back to Boston. Two of the beds were great, one in the front bedroom was a little old and dips but not terrible. House qas very clean, two living rooms, super close to a coffe shop and great sunrise spot. Would likely stay here again if we ever come back!!

Amazing waterfront location in beautiful Salem, MA

Whether you like quintasential New England coastal communities or eclectic, artistic uniqueness, Salem has it all. This property is located centrally to an amazing seaport, but also steps from a unique city with some of the oldest sites in the US. The clean, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths offer plenty of space to share with family and friends.

Excellent location, comfy property

Very easy to communicate with owner. Cant beat the location, right off Derby st near wharf. We were able to park onsite and walk everywhere in Salem. Many restaurants and sights are in easy proximity. Very comfortable space, well stocked kitchen. Fantastic having two full bathrooms. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic property in Great Location

Location, location, location! Central to everything- the wharf and downtown. Nice quiet street, beautiful view of the water. Easy parking. It was really nice having the 2 upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs suite - our college kid could study downstairs in quiet while we did our thing upstairs. Very nice stay.

Relaxing in Salem for Birthday Getaway

Our third stay at 14 Hodges. We were so pleased with the upgrades. The new beds/bedding were amazing and the new thermostat was user friendly. We managed to cook quite a bit while also eating out at our favorite vegan spots in Salem and Beverly. We headed to Boston via train for the Titanic exhibit and headed to Portland Maine and the lit up for the Holidays Nubble Light House. It was great to visit the PEM once again for some great exhibits and all the local stores. It was great to be "home."
