Great location in the heart of Salem

Loved the location of this property! Self check-in was smooth, as was using the parking pass for the nearby South Harbor Garage. My only complaint was the noise-level: the walls were very thin and it's a shared building, so there were times it sounded like someone was actually in the apartment (when they were just in the next apartment over).

Spent 2 nights here. Location was perfect. We were able to walk to the Salem sights, the waterfront, and even the beach. The property was comfortable & just as advertised.

Perfect Location

We were so very happy with this apartment. It was very clean and so well stocked with every convenience of home. We loved the little coffee bar. Plenty of blankets and towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, paper towels. I was unsure of the super soft mattress but it was so comfortable. But the real beauty is the location! You are in the heart of Salem. You can walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

Location! Location! Location!

Wonderful property in the very heart of the city. Walking distance to virtually every single worthwhile area in town. Easy acces to the property with parking available just around the corner. Communication was great, would absolutely stay again. Great room for couples or small families.

Great stay!

This place was so much more spacious than the photos made it look like. There was a king bed, queen bed, and a pull out couch. It was very clean and the location was fantastic! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted with no more than a 10 minute walk. Felt very safe and secure. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Wickedly Amazing!!

An amazing apartment for our girls trip. Fantastic location. We felt safe there, even at night. It was so close to everything. Will definitely 💯 book again. The property manger was great, very responsive and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Prime location

Excellent location for walking everywhere! I would stay there again! Only a couple quirks, first, walls were very thin, constantly heard noise from upstairs apartment and people walking by. Second, the toilet paper roll holder is awkwardly placed, so you have to sit crooked on the toilet. Even with those small issues, I hope to get the chance to stay here again!

Great location w/ guaranteed garage parking!!

The unit is conveniently located in downtown salem, with a guaranteed parking spot in a garage just a 3 min walk away (3rd level of the harbor garage). Full kitchen, complete with a fridge/oven/toaster/etc as well as in-unit washer! Can't beat the location and the included amenities leave little to be desired.

Excellent location for all Salem has to offer!

The location couldn’t be better or more convenient, to all the shopping, sightseeing, dining, and drinking that you would want to do while visiting Salem. Easy to stop back by and drop off shopping bags or change real quick for the next activity. The apartment was clean, spacious, and nicely updated. Great kitchen if you’re wanting to cook up some fresh seafood or breakfast before heading out for the day! The upstairs neighbors were so friendly and welcoming, and gave us great recommendations for food and must sees and dos. It truly felt like home away from home!

Awesome place!

We recently had the pleasure of renting this place and I must say that it was an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and the living room was cozy and comfortable with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The location was also great - it was just a short walk away from some of the city's restaurants, shops, and attractions. The building itself was very secure, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Finally, I have to give a shout-out to Jennifer who made our stay extra special. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating, she was always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. It was truly a wonderful experience and I can't wait to come back!

It's a perfect location that's close walking distance to most everything in Salem! While the building carries echos from those in the building, running the fans on the AC units helps. Very nice owner of the apt. and accommodating. Beds are comfy and place was clean. We've stayed in this apt. twice now and it's been a good experience each time.

Awesomely Convenient Location

This VRBO was walking distance from everything. Clean, comfortable and convenient in a beautiful building! The king bed worked for my daughters while I slept on the queen in the living room. My only suggestion would be that the owner add salt & pepper shakers.

Excellent location right in downtown Salem, one block from Essex St. Parking garage was a two minute walk to rental unit. Owner responds very quickly to any questions. The building is located on the corner. You can hear traffic and people talking as they walk by. It didn’t keep us up at night so no real complaints.

Great Stay in Salem

Great location, house had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Running fans at night helped with street noise. Suggest starting Salem with the trolley for a great overview. Very walkable and really appreciated being able to pop back into apartment in between outings!

Historic building, outstanding location

It’s hard to imagine a more convenient location in central Salem. This historic building is across the street from the Peabody Essex Museum and close to restaurants and bars, but it’s relatively quiet in November. (The only sounds at night were some footsteps from the apartment above.) The interior was clean and appointed with everything we needed for our stay. I especially appreciated the coffee maker and coffee pods and the washing machine in the unit. All in all a very comfortable stay and good value.
