We offer paid Off-site reserved GARAGE exclusive use parking spot. But dont worry about parking because you can WALK to literally EVERYTHING!!! This place is amazing for it's location to a lot of museums, shops and restaurants. It was overall clean less a few dishes that were missed. The bedroom need is pretty comfortable compared to hotels for sure! The only issue we had was the toilet and it's orientation/ positioning.. it's located right next to the wall and toilet paper dispenser. You basically have to remove the dispenser and even then you're sitting at an angle. I would recommend they move either the dispenser to the opposite side or reposition the toilet. I'd still rate this place a 9/10 overall.

This is a great location. The apartment was clean and cozy. The parking garage was close by. It is a little noisy from traffic and the tenants coming and going. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was so much more spacious than the photos made it look like. There was a king bed, queen bed, and a pull out couch. It was very clean and the location was fantastic! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted with no more than a 10 minute walk. Felt very safe and secure. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

An amazing apartment for our girls trip. Fantastic location. We felt safe there, even at night. It was so close to everything. Will definitely 💯 book again. The property manger was great, very responsive and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

This is THE perfect location to experience Salem

This location puts you within a short walking distance to most of the sites to see in Salem! Parking is at a minimum in Salem and this location included a dedicated spot in a parking garage that is a very short walk from the house. The place was clean and had everything we needed! The beds were VERY comfortable! We only had one question during our stay and the property manager was very quick to answer! We will eventually return to Salem, and we would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Historic building, outstanding location

It’s hard to imagine a more convenient location in central Salem. This historic building is across the street from the Peabody Essex Museum and close to restaurants and bars, but it’s relatively quiet in November. (The only sounds at night were some footsteps from the apartment above.) The interior was clean and appointed with everything we needed for our stay. I especially appreciated the coffee maker and coffee pods and the washing machine in the unit. All in all a very comfortable stay and good value.
