"My room was not cleaned properly the soap bar from previous people that stayed was very much in the bath tub still . I did reclean and sanatized my whole room . "

" Host was lovely and very responsive. However this stay could only be rated as adequate. It might be the most bare-bones stay I've ever had. The shared entry, which is in the back of the house, was seriously run-down which made us uncomfortable from the get go. The blinds throughout were broken. The fridge wasn't totally cleaned. The living room had just one sofa -- it really needed at least one chair and would benefit from a coffee table. The beds were adequate and clean, but the furnishings were not updated. "

"This place was everything we wanted and needed for our family group stay in Boston! It’s so close to the train to get into all of your favorite Boston spots! And the owners were amazing and kept in contact with us. I can recommend this home for anyone visiting Boston. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. Thank you again!"

"We liked the place a lot. Lots of space, lots of good local eats and a 20 minute drive into downtown Boston. Our family of 5 really enjoyed our time!! "

"Very clean, the host was very responsive. There is no TV and there is no coffee pot. It sleeps 4 but the 2nd bed is the futon and there is no where else to sit if the futon is pulled out into a bed. We made it work and are happy with our stay "
