We were informed at check‑in that breakfast was served between 6:00 and 11:00 a.m. At 10:28 a.m., my family rushed downstairs hoping to enjoy a proper breakfast before heading out to catch our train. Unfortunately, we — along with several other guests — were told that nothing was left.
This was extremely disappointing. We had planned our morning around having a nice breakfast, and being turned away well before the stated closing time left us unhappy and inconvenienced. For a service that is advertised until 11:00 a.m., guests should reasonably expect food to be available until that time.
