"Clean room friendly staff "

"Great location on the harbour for a short stay to see the action on the promenade. Bed and amenities were very good and room was soundproof enough to keep the night traffic noise to a minimum... but during the day, this area is really busy and loud. Did not give the hotel a 5 out 5. As per previous reviews, the room had a unpleasant smell. Uber to Hotel was $11eu and twelve minutes drive."

"The property overall is pretty dated. Carpets are old and the King room is pretty small. Quite a bit of cigarette stink in the rooms. Breakfast was very good and of high quality. The spread was pretty wide ranging and laid out veey well. The breakfast was perhaps the highlight of our stay at this hotel in Marseille. Location wise, it's fabulous. Just a 10min walk from the beautiful Port Vieux. "

"Such a fabulous hotel! Everyone working there was so friendly, the room was spacious with everything that we needed. The balcony and view from the bedroom were incredible. The location is perfect. The only bad thing was having to leave - I would have happily stayed an extra few days. "

"Le lieu est très difficile à accéder en voiture. Le stationnement n'était pas simple. Un agent nous a demandé de se créer un compte sur One Park pour pouvoir garer notre voiture, avant même de s'enregistrer à l'hôtel. Se créer un compte sur le Web avec notre cellulaire en plein soleil, avec un très long formulaire, dans notre voiture, n'est pas l'idéal. Ce stationnement a coûté 86 euros pour 3 jours. Il aurait fallu l'inscrire clairement sur le site. De plus, les p'tits déj étaient compris, mais sur place, on m'a demandé d'en payer un prétextant qu'un seul était compris dans le prix de la chambre alors que nous étions deux. Je vais souvent à Marseille, mais je ne retournerai pas à cet hôtel. Le personnel a été très gentil et accueillant par contre. "
