Expérience décevante

Nous avions choisi cette location principalement pour sa piscine, afin d’en profiter en famille avec notre fille de 5 ans. À notre arrivée : eau verte, algues, punaises d’eau. Impossible de s’y baigner.Il a fallu 2 jours pour que l’eau soit plus «  claire » et nous avons passé un après midi à nettoyer les parois de la piscine pour enlever les algues afin d’essayer de sauver nos vacances. Cette situation nous a privée d’un tiers de notre séjour. Le propriétaire, loin d’être concerné, s’est retranché derrière une clause évoquant la météo pour se déresponsabiliser ainsi qu’une mention dans les conditions générales inexistantes. Aucun geste commercial ni même un mot pour s’excuser ou prendre des nouvelles.Résultat : une maison jolie, mais une prestation trompeuse. Louer une maison avec piscine implique qu’elle soit utilisable dès l’arrivée, sauf mention contraire — ce qui n’était pas le cas. Ou dans ces cas là ne pas facturer une prestation avec piscine. Pour nous, cette expérience a été décevante et ne correspond pas à ce qui était promis.

Sejour décevant

Le propriétaire ne nous a pas donné le code de la boîte a clé, par chance nous l'avons deviné (oui, oui, cest improbable). Le jacuzzi était indiponible et il n'y avait pas de lave linge, contrairement au descriptif de l'annonce, qui a ete modifiée aprés nos reclamations... La piscine était impraticable pendant 3 jours, et le propriétaire etait plus pressé d'encaisser le supplément de 80 euros pour les draps que de traiter la piscine. Bref, un propriétaire qui ne cherche qu'à encaisser l'argent, sans fournir le moindre service, ne serait-ce que le minimum.
