Terrific location on a terrific island!

This property was was just what we were looking for. Lots of space to relax and get together and still be able to have quiet time alone. The view is awesome, you can see a long way! Up on the hill so you get great breezes which is nice when it get hot - pool is a blessing at this time as well. The location was great for us, close to the amenities we needed and lots of great beaches. Highly recommend. would stay again no problem. - one caution - get a SIM card for your phone that allows voice calling and SMS messaging, not all do and the property manager prefers SMS. However they were great with email and WhatsApp just made it more complicated then it needed to be.

Ein absolutes Traumhaus. Der Blick ist traumhaft, der Pool groß und tief genug zum Springen. Jeden Morgen wurden wir von einem kleinen Vogel besucht und zwei Mal haben wir auf dem Gartenzaun einen Leguan gesehen.Das Haus bietet viel Platz und eine sehr gut eingerichtete Küche. Wir hatten mit den Mücken zu kämpfen, hatten uns aber auch vorher keine Gedanken dazu gemacht. Nach einem Abstecher in die Apotheke hatten wir alles im Griff.Die Unternehmungen in und um Bouillante sind fast grenzenlos. Wir waren auf dem Vulkan, am Strand, Schnorchel, Kanufahren, Death in Paradise Drehorte besuchen und vieles mehr. Das größte Highlight für die ganze Familie waren aber die Wanderungen im Regenwald mit Baden in Wasserfällen.Was uns sehr positiv überrascht hat, war, dass wir uns immer sicher gefühlt haben, nie angebettelt wurden und immer eine entspannte respektvolle Atmosphäre geherrscht hat.Guadeloupe ist unser Paradies geworden und das Haus der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um es zu erleben.

Super logement !

Le logement est encore mieux en vrai qu’en photos ! Superbe vue, au calme, grande terrasse, très grand salon. Les chambres sont confortables. Les photos des chambres donnent un aspect rustique mais en fait, pas du tout. Les lits sont confortables. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées, en plus du ventilateur. Et la piscine au top! Je recommande ce logement. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants (10, 13, 16 ans)

Superbe endroit

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette magnifique maison dans un quartier calme au milieu de la nature. Une vue à couper le souffle et les colibris viennent vous saluer sur la terrasse. Des vacances reposantes dans cet écrin de verdure. La piscine est très appréciable.

La villa est très bien placée sur la partie Basse terre avec une vue magnifique sur les îlets Pigeon et très proche de la plage de Malendure.Très bon séjour

Cette maison est idéale pour des vacances paisibles à Bouillante. Une vue à couper le souffle. Une maison grande, propre et bien équipée. Que du positif !!! Beau panorama

Belle villa correspondant à la description. Avons beaucoup apprécié la vue panoramique, les oiseaux, les grenouilles siffleuses le soir, les iguanes mais beaucoup moins les moustiques car très nombreux ! Un ventilateur sur pied serait bienvenu pour les éloigner et rafraîchir la grande pièce centrale.Les nuits ont néanmoins été reposantes avec la clim de la chambre disponible à partir de 19h. Le jardin est bien entretenu ainsi que la piscine,fort agréable de par ses dimensions et son cadre. Commerces et plages à proximité. Bon accueil sur place par Daniel et Sylvie . Propriétaire très réactif à nos demandes d’information.

Villa avec vue magnifique

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette villa. A notre arrivée, pas de chance un essaim d’abeilles s’était installé dans la cloison de la villa. Pendant 3 jours, nous avons du cohabiter avec elles aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur de la maison. Impossible de rester sur la terrasse. Le problème a été résolu grâce à la réactivité de Patrick le propriétaire et l’intervention de David, un apiculteur. Nous remercions Patrick qui nous a fait un geste commercial pour compenser ce désagrément. La villa est très bien située, à 2 min de la plage de Malendure, au calme, bien équipée et la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés. Un petit conseil au propriétaire : une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo et un petit panier de bienvenue sont toujours appréciables 😏

Une vue imprenable !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe! La maison est bien située même si l'accès est un peu difficile en voiture. Dommage que la piscine soit sur l'arrière de la maison et qu'on ne puisse pas surveiller les enfants en préparant à manger ou en profitant de la terrasse. Cà n'a cependant pas empêché les enfants d'en profiter !

Très bon séjour.

La vue de la maison est magnifique. Les photos correspondent bien. Nous étions au calme sans etre très loin de la ville. Une petite difficulté pour trouver l'impasse de la maison malgré le GPS. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une villa très bien située. Les photos sur le site sont en deçà de la réalité, la vue est parfaite et nous nous sommes réveillés chaque matin avec cette vie magnifique et le chant des oiseaux. Quelques petits soucis en début de séjour vite réglés grâce à la réactivité du propriétaire que nous remercions encore. Quelques commerces, primeurs, à proximité et la route de la traversée également qui sépare les deux îles et permet d'aller en Grande-Terre. Bonne situation géographique, calme et reposant. Quelques améliorations à prévoir ( machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas correctement et nettoyage de la piscine à faire plus régulièrement)

un endroit charmant

On ne peut pas demander mieux!

Le propriétaire répond à vos questions très rapidement que ce soit avant ou pendant le séjour. Pour nous. l'emplacement de la maison était parfait - à 5min de la réserve Cousteau pour faire de la plongée en apnée avec les poissons et les tortues et tout près des randonnées du parc. Si c'était à refaire, on ne changerait rien! Merci au propriétaire et à Daniel pour son acceuil ! Nathalie
