Had trouble finding a plug to charge our cell phones; in this search we found a lot of dust and food item from previous person stay. Property looks old and needs a lot fixing up. They don’t offer free breakfast. Doesn’t look like they offer the ability to purchase breakfast. The one good thing is the air conditioner is very quiet, they’ve invested good money into that.

The view was the most amazing view ever. The microwave and television looked like they had been wiped with a dirty cloth, there were 5 things, lamps, microwave, clock that had nothing to plug into. I had to move the bed to plug in my charger. When I phoned to confirm how to get there, he had no idea. Thankfully we were there only one night. All in all wasn’t very clean and very out dated.

The room is large, the air conditioning is new and efficient. There is no hair conditioner, cups, and coffee, and food provided in the place, but you can drive 10 minutes to there. You have a good night’s sleep in the room to continue with next day’s trip.

Clean room and nice location away from the busy towns. 15 mins to the Cabot Trail, 25 to Baddeck. Three outdoor fire pits with plenty of seating for all. Housekeeping on request, very helpful and quick to respond. There is a trade off with the lower price, there is no microwave or coffee maker, there is a small spot around the corner that makes great coffee called Dans Things. We stayed six nights and bout a cheap electric kettle at Walmart 20 mins away in Sydney. Fridge and AC worked great. I would stay here again!

Hello, and thank you for reaching out. I did want to share that my stay had a few challenges. The room was clean, but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and sagged quite a bit, which made it difficult to sleep. The Wi‑Fi connection was inconsistent during my stay. The staff were friendly, but overall the experience wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped. I hope this feedback is helpful moving forward.
