Charming Historic Home
- This lovely home was built in 1895 and is located in the beautiful Highland Lawn historic district. Centrally located, you can walk to Pearl Street which is the heart of Boulder. Restaurants, coffee shops, fun art galleries line this quaint walk street. Also easy walking distance to the University of Colorado, which is a beautiful tree lined campus. If you are coming for Sundance our home is easy walking distance to several of the venues.
The home is filled with light and there are many areas to sit, relax, read a book or enjoy a glass of wine.
The property is large enough to house a small studio on the back of the lot where a caretaker will be available should you need anything. RHL-01005041
