Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo is a pet-owner's perfect location. It has a luxurious penthouse feel where natural light and mountain views pour in through every window. The rooftop patio is an outdoor oasis with panoramic views stretching from the majestic Flatirons to the surrounding urban landscape. The large roof deck provides ample space for outdoor lounging, dining, and entertaining under the open sky.
Experience Boulder like a local in this delightful 2-bedroom condo. The cozy space features 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and a living room with a comfy sofa bed. With heating and AC, guests can stay comfortable year-round. The 2 bathrooms offer a bidet and bathtub for added convenience. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. (Note to Guests. - Our property has been in the vacation rental market for over two years and has consistently received excellent reviews from past guests. Previously, it was managed by another property management company, and all of those wonderful reviews were collected under their Vrbo account.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property! It was a beautiful view from the master bedroom and a perfect location.

This condo was a perfect location for our stay with a 10 min bike ride to pearl street, walking distance to the Safeway grocery store and short drives elsewhere. It is a little noisy on the corner of Folsom and Iris at the light but when we were staying there the window units were normally running covering up the traffic noise. While our stay overall was generally great the condo did feel heavily used. It would really benefit from a deep clean (fridge/baseboards/carpets). Lots of scratches, stains, wear marks that made it feel a little rundown. I also brought some of my own kitchen items to cooks with and was happy I did looking at the quality and cleanliness of some of the appliances.

Fabulous Pet Friendly Executive Rental in North Boulder

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is ideal for an extended stay in Boulder. Located on the north side of town, it offers easy access to the trail system, is within walking distance to a grocery store and coffee shop, and provides quick access to downtown Boulder. We especially loved the second bedroom and half bath, which made hosting guests during our stay a breeze, and the rooftop patio was fantastic. The management company was outstanding—they left a thoughtful welcome gift, were incredibly responsive, and provided excellent recommendations for must-try local restaurants. We can’t wait to return!
