AVAILABLE FOR 1-4 MONTHS SEPTEMBER 1, 2026-DECEMBER 31, 2026. This condo can only be rented for a minimum of 30 days.

This cute condo is located just west of downtown / Pearl St. Mall near Settlers Park. There are tennis courts right next door. It is easy to access the hiking trails at Red Rocks, Sanitas, Eben G. Fine Park, and the Boulder Creek Bike Path.

This is a quiet neighborhood, not appropriate for parties or loud groups.

MAIN FLOOR

The main floor is an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is also a half-bath and double doors out to the deck. The deck area has a lovely garden and patio table.

UPSTAIRS

Up one level is the master bedroom with queen bed, TV, bathroom, and huge walk-in closet.

One more level up is a 2nd bedroom with queen bed, closet, and vaulted ceiling. This bedroom has no TV, and the bathroom is shared.

BASEMENT

Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom with queen bed, separate sitting area with TV, and bathroom.

There are 2 uncovered dedicated parking spots right outside the unit.

Boulder vacation

The apartment is convenient to most of Boulder’s many attractions. It was clean and well furnished. Local hiking trails just a quick walk away. Town was also just a half mile or so walk.
