Our two-story townhome with a two-car garage is nestled in a quaint, quiet creekside complex. With a living room, a full kitchen on the main level, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, you will have plenty of space for two couples or a family with kids.
Have your cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the front porch overlooking beautiful common gardens or on a second-floor balcony off the master with a view of the creek.
If you are not in the mood to explore many great Boulder restaurants in the neighborhood, cook your own meal in a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new Bertazzoni appliances, including an induction range. We provide coffee, tea, basic spices, and oil.
Get cozy by a wood-burning fireplace in the evening. The TV has cable channels and apps like Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and Pandora for your entertainment. The living room sectional can comfortably sleep one adult or two kids.
Upstairs south-facing master bedroom has a partially vaulted ceiling, ensuite bath, and an outdoor balcony with seating. The 2nd bedroom is facing North and is more spacious and has a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have deluxe queen-size beds with plush bedding and iron-pressed crisp white 100% cotton linens. Big fluffy towels add even more comfort to your stay. Bathrobes and candles are for maximum relaxation after a long day.
High-efficiency steam washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit for your laundry needs, but please leave house laundry for professionals. Detergent is provided.
Parking in Boulder's downtown area is challenging sometimes. However, with an onsite private parking and an attached two-car garage, it could not be easier for our guests. You can simply leave your car and walk everywhere. And we have two bikes for our guests to cruise Boulder paths in style! It is an easy walk to Pedestrian Pearl Street Mall, where all the action and all the best restaurants are. Our historic Whittier neighborhood is a walker's paradise, with lovingly tended gardens, magnificent shade trees, and gorgeous Victorian homes.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in this cozy and well decorated home on Walnut. We moved our son into his new apartment for the University and our location couldn't have been better. I will definitely be staying here again!
Great location for walking to town, we were able to come & go easily without driving. Having a garage was really nice. The unit was clean, cozy & well decorated! Very comfortable
This beautiful townhouse was in a perfect central location for us to explore local sights and the amazing restaurant scene. Best of all was the comfy bed at the end of a busy day. We would welcome the opportunity to stay here next time we visit Boulder.

The location was very good. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. The garage code is not working. We would have appreciated more towels. The space overall was tighter than I expected but that's my fault for not recognizing that via square footage.

This was a great place to stay. It was walking distance to Pearl Street which we loved. My husbands truck didn’t fit in the garage - but we felt totally safe parking it in the parking lot. It had everything we needed for the week we stayed. We would definitely stay again!!

This rental was in a great neighborhood, just a short walk (or bike) to Pearl Street. It was so clean! The owners were very responsive when we had a little issue. We loved using the provided bikes to ride around town. We would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful, quiet, updated townhome, convenient location. One of best rental experiences. It was incredibly clean, updated, well decorated, comfortable beds / linens. Irina made our vacation perfect. Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities. The townhouse is decorated so nicely, with extra touches of wine and chocolates. And the location is so close to shopping, restaurants, and walking/biking trails. We will definitely return. BTW, check out the Farmers Market if you get a chance!
Irina's property has all the amenities plus a well-stocked pantry of basic goods, an amazing espresso machine, and it's so quiet yet close to east Pearl. Loved that she had 2 bikes and a double-sized garage. Perfect for any winter stays. Beds were a little hard for me but I like them uber soft. Sheets were amazing though and I slept soundly.
Everything in the unit was perfection. The pictures accurately reflected the unit. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We would recommend this unit and are interested in renting again next year. Using the last four digits of our phone as the check in code is genius :-) . The landscape was also so peaceful and serene.
