"I stayed one week at the Roza hotel and found it very convenient. It is in the centre of Dar ek beida in front of the train station you can see the trains from the hotel windows its literally 1 minute walk. As Dar el beida is a small town restaurant, cafés, bakerys, clothes shops, post office, stadium all are walking distance there is no need for a car or transport. In regards to cleanliness there is daily room cleaning and replacing stuff needed such as towels beddings and bottle of water. I...

Room overall clean, but with dirty (or very worn out) spots, eg, blanket on shelf had long hair on it, shower head and bidet hose tip very worn out. Only had veggie soup for dinner and breakfast (included) at restaurant. Soup excellent, buffet breakfast good, though could have used more hot food. Staff very nice. "Absolute welcoming Staffs from the Receptionist to the Hotel Management. The food was amazing tasty delicious and clean. The airport shuttle service was so sophisticated it blew my mind. As a solo female, traveller I could’ve not have felt safer. It is the Hotel to stay while in Alger. Truly an extraordinary place with extremely Nice Beautiful People. Many thanks"

"I have the worst experience in my life , this is scammers my reservation He was one queen bed one single bed, and two sofa beds. , they give me small bed have double bed and single bed they put in the bottom supposed to be able , wooden and they put mattress old stink cause me back problems , however, I did complaint I said I want what I paid for they refuse to give me what I paid for , I did contacted local police they said this is civil matter , the wardrobe stink and broken don’t have shower you have only toilet and sink squash together and I put a little pipe as shower you can’t even have a shower is impossible , have a rubbish on the stairs . And they have sharp objects in the wall, ripped my shirt. Very hot inside. I electricity cut off all the time, Without providing us with candles. Or any flighting. Cut off at the night about 7 to 10 times. The residence full of mosquitoes. Outside the window piles of rubbish. In the website he said they have swimming pool. But they don’t have swimming pool at all. They even park the car inside the reception at the night. This area is not safe. This residence. Should be removed from all websites. In my side, I’m seeking legal advice and I will decide with action. I will take , this is a holiday from hell , my kids covered with mosquito bites and they are in shock from electricity cut at the night several times every single night happen , "
