"Everything was nice "

"We've stayed here for several years now, and I have to say, it just keeps getting better. Two new things stand out. They put in a HUGE, incredible dog park jiat for the guests right across the parking lot, with paths and fountains. Second, they started giving vouchers for breakfasts for the restaurant next door (The Country Kitchen), and it is the best breakfast I've ever had as a hotel add-on. Multiple chefs, all you can eat high quality food... I domt usually eat breakfast but I made an exception for this one. People walking in off the street paid $21 each for it but it's included in the room cost. Location is convenient, vibe and cleanliness are good. It's a relatively basic, renovated hotel at a competitive price- more budget oriented for what Sandpoint has become, but SO much nicer than other hotels in this price range in Sandpoint. "

"I loved it! Many people had warned me that Idaho isn’t very diverse and that we might be treated in a closed-off way. But the beautiful lady (I think she might be the owner) was incredibly kind. My EV needed charging, and she not only let me use an outlet but also offered me a convenient parking spot nearby. The place itself is beautifully designed—cozy and full of family vibes."

"What a lovely, tranquil haven these people have created. From a place to sit while dipping your toes in the creek, to the firepit, and double hammock under the canopy of trees. I spend 2 peaceful days off the technology grid, and returned home feeling refreshed. An excellent value. I highly recommend! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the getaway! We are n. Idaho locals and we're just looking to get out of town for a bit. Below is our breakdown: Property/cabin: just as described in the listing! Beautiful, clean with everything we needed to cook and prepare food. This was our first time traveling with our new dog and the yard was AMAZING! very secure and clean. Deck was awesome and the steps to the river were great! Bathrooms were super clean and the cabin was very cool inside with the fans. No issues with no AC. Finding the property was so easy and it was very private. Loved listening to the trains go by at night.Activities nearby: the walk to the river trail at the campground nearby was super close and easy to find. We also went to the copper falls trail and it was so amazing. The cabin had bear spray which was a big bonus.We will definitely be back again, maybe this fall. Communication with the host was excellent and we felt this ranked among the to 3 rentals we've stayed in."

"We did not end up staying at the property. There was an electrical issue (outage?). There was no power in the house. It was clean and ready for us, just did not have power. Thankfully, our host acted quickly and put us in contact with another host who had a property available (a small miracle on a holiday weekend). All in all, I feel like our host handled the problem quickly and got us taken care of. We appreciated that."
