"We enjoyed some lovely dinners at Koro, and the buffet breakfast was consistently perfect to a T. We would especially like to recognise Percy, Naomi, Maria and Erns, along with the amazing chefs and wider Koro team. Their service was exceptional; attentive, warm, friendly and incredibly personable. They built such a lovely rapport with us and communicated wonderfully, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Their hospitality became a memorable part of our Fiji experience and is one of the reasons we would happily return to the Hilton in the future. We sincerely hope staff providing this level of service are appropriately recognised and compensated for the value they bring, because they truly represent the Hilton exceptionally well."
