Cozy 2 bedroom home steps from ONU W/ King bed & fenced in back yard.

Sweet cozy 2 bedroom home with a 65" Smart tv in living room with 55" Smart tv's in bedrooms along with a fully fenced in backyard with barbeque grill{we supply charcoal, lighter and fluid) with outdoor patio table & chairs with shade umbrella that is stored in the garage. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and eating. The home also has a one-car attached garage. Home is walking distance to Olivet Nazarene University. You are close to restaurants, shopping, movie theatre and the JP Sports complex. We offer all amenities to make sure that you have an enjoyable stay. You can enjoy a cookout in the back yard with a barbeque grill before or after taking a bike ride with the bikes that we also supply to the nearby bike paths along the KKK river. Perry Farm park is just minutes away. The home is a two bedroom one bath home with a huge walk-in shower. We state the the home sleeps six because we also have a deluxe queen electric air mattress that is stored in the bedroom closet that can be blown up in less than 3 minutes. There are also extra sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet shelves and in bottom dresser drawers. For the little ones we have a pack-in-play and a high chair in the home.

Great Stay Near ONU

Great two bedroom house right across the street from ONU. We have stayed here a couple of times for events at the University and it is super convenient. House is always very clean and ready for us to check in. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful, as expected

We came to Illinois for my Granddaughters’ baby shower. We booked with Ami because we’ve booked her properties twice before and knew it would be clean, convenient and have a warm and cozy environment. This area is where we previously lived and is still home to us.

The perfect little house

Everything was just how it was described online. Location was perfect and close to Everything. The gouse was clean and very well maintained. It was the perfect size for us. We would definitely stay again to visit family. The only thing missing was good weather

Trip to see grandkids

We enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to our daughter's house. Very clean and even had a basket of snacks and Keurig with coffees. Check-in was easy. Bed was comfortable. Nice backyard for our dog. :)

Perfect location!

The property is cute, clean and literally 1 block from ONU's campus, which is the reason we were there. We were able to park the car and walk to all the orientation events on campus. My only regret is we did not get a chance to ride the bikes!

Reunion trip

The home was perfect for us and our dogs. It was close to everything we needed while we visited. The garage was a big plus for us as it rained a few days and it was nice that we didn't have to get wet getting out of the vehicle to get into the house. The fenced-in yard was awesome for our fur babies. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Ami.

Short but sweet

Came into town to help my daughter move out of the dorms at ONU, which is a whole block away and so convenient! Got to cook dinner at the house for her and her friends to have a home cooked meal together before they all scattered for the summer. The kitchen had everything we needed so that was awesome. I even made a peanut butter pie (there is a mixer)! We got a good nights sleep the second night after we moved her out and hit the road the next day. Plan on staying again when we bring her back in August if available!!

Loved It So Much The First Time, Booked It Again

Can't say enough good things about this property. It has everything that you need plus so much more than you didn't know you needed. I forgot to pack laundry detergent and bottled water. When we arrived, this VRBO had some bottled water in the refrigerator and laundry detergent by the washer that we used until we could get to the store. Best of all, we arrived when it was dark and they left the lights on inside of the home for us so we could see. Very welcoming. Definitely recommend and will stay there again next time we come back "home".

Easy to get to the house was in a good location had everything one might need. Has a great back yard which my pup loved playing fetch in and squirrel watching one of her favorite past times. Took my pup for a walk around Kankakee River State Park which we both enjoyed.

Great Place To Stay!

10/10 — Highly recommend this spot. Home is very clean and well appointed. We really appreciated the host leaving some snacks and water, too. Considering all the VRBO rentals we’ve stayed at, this was the easiest and nicest experience by far. Will definitely return if we are in the area.
