Gîte la Servolle – House with Pool, Near Shops and Attractions

Close to shops and services (Intermarché, bar-tabac, restaurant, bank) and just 300 meters from the go-kart track, this house offers a living room with a sofa bed, TV with Disney+, Netflix, and Canal+, and a pool table.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. The first bedroom has a 140x190 cm bed. The second bedroom features a 140x190 cm bed and a bunk bed (2 beds of 90x190 cm). Baby essentials are also available.



The quiet, tree-filled garden includes a 5-meter above-ground pool (available from late June). A bouncy castle can be provided for an extra charge.



The house is ideally located near the Chaîne des Puys (UNESCO World Heritage), the Sancy Massif, Vulcania, and ski resorts (Mont Dore is 25 minutes away).
