Funicular arches 100 m, binding the Rosière ski / La Thuile 11km. Total surface (77 m²) with loft parties. Beautiful contemporary country house in the heart of a charming little typical Hamlet at the foot of the funicular to les Arcs. Sector very quiet bordering an orchard. Very good comfort. Cosy and very warm. Lots of charm. Complete equipment of quality. Sheltered Terrace balcony. Beautiful open views. 0.1km from the funicular for Les Arcs-Paradiski (one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430km of slopes). Link to Rosière 1850/Espace San Bernardo 11km (unique ski area straddling France and Italy in Savoie). Ideal location in the heart of the Haute Tarentaise near major world-renowned ski areas (Espace Killy Tignes-Val d'Isère). Possibility of radiating the summer by hiking and cycling on different massifs (many mythical passes!).
