Perfectly positioned in the heart of the resort, this inviting apartment offers an exceptional mountain escape with the funicular arrival point right at the doorstep. The funicular connects the resort with Bourg-Saint-Maurice in just 7 minutes, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Set on the mountainside, the residence enjoys impressive panoramic views across the valley and features 122 apartments spread across several buildings, with lifts available in most of them.

Around 31 m², the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The living room features a double sofa bed, while the separate bedroom offers a double bed. A bathroom, separate WC, and a well-equipped kitchenette with ceramic hobs, microwave/grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. A balcony or terrace offers a pleasant space to admire the mountain scenery. Please note that elevated sleeping arrangements, where applicable, are not suitable for children under 6 or guests over 14.

Relax after a day in the mountains with access to a heated indoor pool with an outdoor section, open from 9:00 to 19:00 except Saturdays. Guests can also enjoy a sauna and hammam, along with luggage storage, Wi-Fi, bakery service, laundry facilities, board games and raclette or fondue equipment. Bed linen, towels and beds made on arrival are included, while final cleaning, baby equipment and pet accommodation may be available at an additional charge. Surrounded by the spectacular landscapes of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, the area is ideal for hiking, mountain activities, scenic excursions and discovering the region’s rich alpine culture and gastronomy.
