"Fantastic place, really friendly staff, excellent room with nice shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). Bourg is a lovely place."

"The appeal of this hotel is the location (Ski-in/out) and the price. Half board with wine and a premium ski-pass included for the same price as self-catering in Arc 1950. We visit Les Arcs for the skiing, so the single beds and tired rooms are perfectly acceptable. The food is varied and of good standard for the money. At breakfast, there are queues for the coffee machines, and they often run out of mugs or bowls, but this depends on the time and demand - It's really not a big issue. Don't go here if you expect a luxury experience - There's a five star hotel nearby if you want that, but it will be double the price and more, and the slopes are the same for everyone."

"Hotel tres bien situé, au coeur du vieux Bourg Saint Maurice. Personnel accueillant et chambre confotable et tres propre. Petit dejeuner complet, dommage pour le bon pain absent le dimanche matin (boulangerie fermee). Possibilité de manger aussi au petit restaurant attenant à l hotel, la Ruelle. C est egalement un bel avantage. Pas de parking, tout est payant a Bourg, il faudrait que la ville offre des possibilités aux hoteliers de facilité l acces à leurs clients. En tout cas je recommande l hotel. Merci encore de votre accueil!"

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce magnifique chalet.Un chalet très pratique, grand, propre, agréable pour tous.L'accès au funiculaire se fait facilement et en quelques minutes. Nous avons pu profiter des pistes tout en logeant dans un endroit calme et apaisant.L'accueil doit aussi être particulièrement souligné.Merci à Gilles et Christiane d'avoir guidé notre arrivée, d'avoir été très accueillants et à l'écoute lors de notre séjour, merci pour leur flexibilité."

"The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed to relax after a day skiing. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to get out and put away. The bathroom was basic, but provided a lovely warm shower and the hotel spa facilities were good, although the outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer. The village has some great restaurants and bars, if a little light on entertainment spaces, but a short lift ride up to 2000 provided more of this if needed. It was also great to visit some of the on-piste bars and restaurants for some mid ski refreshment. "

We were also impressed by how well they catered to gluten-free options, making dining both stress-free and delicious. A special shout-out must go to the ski room staff, who were fantastic and made the daily transition to the slopes effortless.
