Apartment 'Chez Gaston' with Shared Terrace and Shared Garden

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, surrounded by a beautiful garden. You'll be staying in a self-contained T3 in a large house, with complimentary first breakfast. Subsequent breakfasts are available on request.



The accommodation is fully self-contained, with two bedrooms, each with its own shower room, and two WCs, one of which is a sani-broyeur, to be used only with toilet paper. The kitchen is fully equipped, and bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.



The house is divided into four independent units. If you rent the whole, up to 17 people can be accommodated. You'll have access to a large shared veranda with a lounge and a gym equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike and rowing machine, available from 8am to 10pm. The garden is shared with the other tenants and features garden furniture, a pergola, deckchairs, a plancha and children's play equipment.



Free street parking is available. Additional options include rental of a parking space in the enclosed courtyard and an umbrella bed with mattress, all on request and at an extra charge.



You'll benefit from an independent entrance with a private key and key box to facilitate your arrival. The veranda is under video surveillance for everyone's safety. Please always lock your accommodation and the veranda when you leave.



The accommodation is ideally located on the Compostelle trail, five minutes from the marshes and the IUT, and ten minutes from the town center.
