Not the fault of the hotel, but the area it is within is protected from motor traffic by pop-up barricades that take help to retract... extremely confusing for tourists. The hotel tries hard to give the procedures to guests, but unfortunately Expedia completely glosses this over, leaving you stuck and confused in a one-way street.
