A equidistant between Rodez, Decazeville and Villefranche de Rouergue, we offer a cottage in an old barn in 2012 on 2 levels.
Ground floor, large living room with lounge with TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, ...) and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 beds in 140 and 1 in 160) and toilet with no water.

Olivier, un hôte disponible, a su répondre à nos attentes. Le gîte est parfaitement situé, à proximité de nombreux centres d'intérêts et surtout au calme, dans la nature. Il bénéficie en outre de tous les équipements nécessaires, et même davantage. Et il est dans un parfait état de propreté. Cet établissement est très accueillant - les photos pourtant réalistes ne sont qu'une esquisse du charme de ce gîte. Un grand merci à Olivier pour son accueil.

Beau hameau, belle grange "ounette"

Gîte idéalement situé pour visiter les bastides aveyronnaises. Nous étions 3 couples d'amis, conforme au descriptif. Beau village de Bournazel d'aveyron et son Château magnifique. Je recommande ce gîte, il est aussi bien équipé pour les familles avec jeunes enfants. Nous avons tous adorés ce gîte. S'il fallait donner une note, je donnerai 10/10 s'il y avait une douche à l'étage; mais cela vaut bien un 9/10

Grangeounette au calme

Grange bien rénovée et très fonctionnelle pour 6 personnes. Olivier est très arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée ou départ, aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Notre moto avait son garage couvert. De bonnes adresses pour le restaurant. Tout cela idéalement situé dans l'Aveyron, sans oublier le magnifique château de Bournazel ! Merci pour la découverte du ratafia. Adresse à conserver et divulguer ! Nous avons eu la chance d'être pendant les fêtes du village sur le weekend du 15 août, à ne pas rater !!!
