Located in Bournazel on the GR 36 trail, this 210 m² gîte is a renovated farmhouse perfect for 12 guests. The spacious 80 m² living room with a central fireplace is the heart of the house. Firewood is provided—enjoy a cozy fire and roasted chestnuts in season! The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. For your comfort: underfloor heating, a Canadian well for coolness in summer, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with VOD, and a workspace. The entrance is step-free with self check-in and 8 private parking spaces, ideal for exploring the area.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including two coffee makers (Senseo and filter no. 4). On request, you can enjoy organic wood-fired bread baked at the family farm. For families: 2 baby beds, 2 high chairs, games, and books. Outside: private terrace and quiet play area. Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Pets and events are not allowed to preserve the tranquility of the place.
