"The staff is lovely, very responsive and helpful and the hotel is clean, however triple room was really tiny it was hard to walk around each other or find a place for luggage. Also unfortunately the hotel was loud. We could hear guests stomping above us, people coughing in the next room, and the sounds from the street. It’s not soundproof. We asked for a larger room but they offered us one on the third day and we ultimately didn’t want to pack and move. That room was bigger and quieter but looked at a wall."
