Coastal Studio Suite Steps from the Ocean | pet friendly

Enjoy a cozy coastal stay at Wilson’s Coastal Club in our private hotel-style studio suite on beautiful St. Margaret’s Bay. Cottage 10 is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a comfortable home base while exploring Nova Scotia’s South Shore. The suite features a queen bed, private bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Whether you’re planning a quick coastal getaway, visiting the Peggy’s Cove area, or exploring the South Shore, Cottage 10 offers a simple and comfortable place to stay by the ocean.

Guests can enjoy our shared oceanfront spaces, with optional access to our oceanfront wood-fired sauna and seasonal gear rentals, including kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and e-bikes. These amenities are available for an additional fee and require advance notice so we can prepare them for your stay.

Please Note: Cottage 10 is our hotel-style suite and does not include a full kitchen, private hot tub, or private fire pit. It is located closer to the road and receives plenty of natural light. If you’re a light sleeper, sensitive to road noise, or prefer a darker sleeping environment, one of our other cottages may be a better fit.

Sauna & Firewood:
Our wood-fired oceanfront sauna is shared with other cottages and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guests who wish to use the sauna may do so by purchasing a tote of firewood for $15 + fees and signing the required waiver.

Additional firewood can be purchased at the office during office hours (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily, excluding holidays).

Gear Rentals (Seasonal – Additional Cost):
Outdoor gear rentals are available during office hours, including:

• E-Bikes – $25 + fees per day (10:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Stand-Up Paddle Boards – $15 + fees per hour
• Kayaks – $15 + fees per hour

Availability is seasonal and weather dependent.

Pets:
Pets are welcome. A $50 + fees pet fee per pet applies (maximum 2 pets).

Additional Guests:
For one-night reservations, no additional guests are permitted on site beyond the number listed in the booking.

On-Site Laundry:
Coin-operated washer and dryer are available for guest use on a seasonal basis. Please message prior to your stay to confirm availability.
