A villa with magnificent view of the Ionian Sea
This newly built 100sqm maisonette is located in the beautiful village of Lakithra, 6km from Argostoli's capital of the island and only 3km from the island's airport (from the airport you can transfer to the area). It has a simple décor but an immense view of the Ionian Sea and is equipped with all the modern comforts for a comfortable, pleasant and peaceful stay.
Our house consists of two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen, bathroom, living room and two small storage areas. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. All the rooms as well as the two large two-floor balconies have spectacular views of the Ionian Sea and the island of Zakynthos. It offers absolute peace and privacy. It is located within walking distance of the best sandy beaches of the island (Ammes, Avithos, Ai Helis, Spasmata, Egina, etc.), clean and organized with umbrellas, sun loungers and refreshments. Within 10 minutes by car, there are the famous beaches of Makris and Platys Gialos.
The village of Lakithra has a few bars, several tavernas, a bakery and a mini market. For more shops, there are supermarkets nearby and the capital of ARGOSTOLI Island is just a 10-minute drive away.
