Enjoy your peaceful stay in the desert, centrally located Alta Vista Casita. check out this great 1 bedroom guest house with fully loaded kitchen. cozy living space with a great place relax and watch some tv. with private entrance from clean alley with a 20 ft motorized gate with huge space for toy haulers, rv space or several car space. guest house is separate from main house divided by 6 foot corrugated fence for the utmost privacy. great big area for guest with a dog to roam around.
The space
Casita is roughly 600 sqft with a complete kitchen and a living area with enough space for a queen air bed ( that we can provide with notice) completely private area with so much space for vehicles , storage or pets to roam around.
Guest access
guest will be able to access Alta Vista Casita thru alleyway with a private 20ft motorized gate entry. with a lock box outside with key to house and remote for motorized gate. once inside guest can access all space that is available. there will be a entry way into the laundry room for access to the main house washer and dryer.

Wonderful place to stay

Great place!

Booked this place for a quick trip to Tucson to move our son home from school for summer. It is so conveniently located to the school and in a great neighborhood. Everything was clean and nice and safe. We ended up booking it again for Family weekend in October! Bear down!

Easy and Secure

Only stayed one night, but this place was perfect. Loved being able to privately park right next to the ADU. Everything was very clean & organized. Host was very responsive & experienced. Especially liked the spacious bathroom & extra large tv. Would totally recommend to anyone visiting central Tucson.

Casita w/ all the comforts

Comfortable casita with all of the modern amenities, secure and private. Host was exceptional and accommodating, made our stay easy. Check-in was smooth and easy with the host’s friendly communication. Casita has a light and airy feel, very comfortable . We found the location to be a family friendly neighborhood. Our stay was relaxing and we even enjoyed some wildlife(great horned owl and gray hawk) in the morning and evening.

Top Notch

We stayed for a week and felt very safe and private. The wall around the property was a draw for us. The casita was perfectly clean and a well thought out in design. Everything we needed. In our week long stay we only went out to eat once. Sebastian is a perfect host, couldn't ask for anyone better.

After gaining a remote control, you enter into a very secure gated and private area, where you can park your car without worry. This back house is contemporary, extremely clean, and a pleasure to stay in. Full kitchen. Brought our one little pooch. Easy access to university. Very clean and private. Enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent. Would stay there again.

Almost perfect casita

Very nice casita in private fenced area of a back yard. It was very welcoming with a good sized full kitchen/living area, large BR and bath. Unit was very clean and neat and the host provided a basket of snacks, which was very nice. There was also a little seating area outside. We loved it and would definitely stay there again. The ‘almost’ perfect was because it lacks any kind of view. Other than that it was perfect.

Tucson stay

The property location was fine and the gate off the alley worked fine. The living room,kitchen ,tv are okay. The bedroom was okay and the bath was quite nice with a large, nicely tiled shower. On the negative side were the doors between rooms that needed WD40 or oil to stop squeeking and mattress and springs that were very noisy when either person moved. The. Capper was when the smoke alarm started chirping at 4am in need of a new battery. All in all, I would not recommend the place.

Book it!

We needed a place over the holiday & were so PLEASED we booked this lovely, private and cozy abode. You have everything you need including private yard for dog. The hosts made sure all details were covered plus had snacks and offering of juice, milk, eggs..and such. If you even thinking of a hotel vs this you'll be sorry. The shower pressure is great plus it's huge. The TV is giant and loaded with options. We had a great stay and will be booking again as well as recommending to friends and family.
