It features one comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a single bed for an additional guest. The property also includes a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining area and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
    The living areas open onto a furnished, covered terrace with beautiful sea views. Outdoors, guests can enjoy the garden, a shaded dining area, a built-in barbecue, an outdoor shower and a quiet workspace with a desk and a laptop-friendly working area.
    The house and its covered veranda are for the exclusive use of guests. Please note that one section of the exterior patio is shared with the neighboring property, Tasos by the Sea.
    Amalia Garden House enjoys a peaceful seafront location in the Arkeftas area of Pefkos. Arkeftas Beach is approximately 30 metres away, while Kavos Beach can be reached within an 8-minute walk.
