Cozy top floor apartment in the heart of East Westphalia-Lippe

We offer a fully equipped DG apartment (2nd floor) in a cul-de-sac in the center of Stukenbrock. Approximately 55 m2 (sloping)

The apartment consists of a very large living and dining area with desk, bedroom with 2 beds (90 and 140 cm wide) and large closet, kitchen, shower room and hallway.

Living room with huge living area, dining table with 4 seats, desk with chair, open shelves, smart TV, WiFi

Kitchen with kitchen block, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and Tassimo capsule machine. Worktable on casters, shelves.

Kitchen equipped with 6 dishes and glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils.

Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with mirror cabinet.

Initial bed linen and towels included, additional sets of bed linen
€ 5 each, hand and bath towel € 2.50 each

The apartment is for 1 or 2 people + 1 child (1 queen size bed, one single bed)

Tolle Ferienwohnung, freundliche Vermieter
Wir haben uns von Anfang wohl gefühlt. Es war wie nach Hause zu kommen. Es ist alles vorhanden, wie auch im Inserat beschrieben. Handtücher, Fön, Heftpflaster, Tee, Kaffee, Gewürze, sogar Süßigkeiten uvm. Das haben wir so nicht erwartet. Die Familie Johannes ist sehr sympathisch und wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Eine sehr geräumige Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Trotzdem sind Paderborn, Detmold und Bielefeld schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein tolles Wandergebiet befindet dich sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch in der Umgebung gibt es viel Natur und schöne Wandermöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer sehr groß ist, muss aufgrund der Dachschrägen etwas vorsichtiger durch die Wohnung gehen.

Schöner Jahreswechsel
Große Wohnung mit wirklich großem Wohnzimmer im Dachgeschoss, von wo man aus die Feuerwerke gut betrachten konnte. Ruhige Gegend (von den Kirchenglocken mal abgesehen) von wo man aus schöne Ausflüge ins Umland (Fachwerkstädte, Flussquellen, Tierparks) machen kann.
