House with winter garden and patio

  • Well-maintained and spacious semi-detached house with a tiled stove, winter garden, patio and double garage. On three floors you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting open living and dining area with a connected winter garden. The patio with a fixed grill and fire pit call you to linger around the campfire in the evening. Two bathtubs and a spacious snail shower invite you to relax after a long day. The food supply is secured with two supermarkets, a drinks market, bakeries, butchers and three restaurants all around. You can arrive by car, motorcycle or train (train station approx. 10 minutes' walk away). Numerous excursion destinations and events around Burgheim or in the region are available for every weather and taste. Whether our nearby swimming lake, the castle festival in Neuburg on the Danube or a quarters for a visit to the Oktoberfest, the Audi Museum in historic Ingolstadt, the Fugger city of Augsburg - everything can be reached in less than an hour. From our holiday home you have very good transport links via train or the B16 to the A9 or A8.

The house is nice, well equipped and licated in a quiet neighborhood which is ideal to relax. The region is not touristic but has a lot to offer. And to top it all off, the host was really nice and offered a view very nice and welcomed gifts. So overall, a great place to stay

Amazing house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless upon our arrival and was decorated with a personal note in every room. I have never stayed at a property where the host put that much effort in to make their guests feel welcome. It was truly amazing. One of a kind!! Highly recommend

Das ist die perfekteste (!) Ferienwohnung, die ich je hatte. Es fehlt an nichts. Und zusätzlich gibts noch Getränke, Süßigkeiten im Kühlschrank und morgens frische Semmeln. Die Gastgeberin verdient die Note 10!

Wir haben schon sehr viele Ferienhäuser/Wohnungen in Deutschland gebucht, dieses Haus schlägt alle um Längen.Alles da was das Herz begehrt und mehr. Die Vermieterin sowas von nett und Überraschungen am Morgen vor der Tür(Eier, Brötchen u Tomaten) Was im Garten wächst kann geerntet werden.

Zeer complete woning

Bed was perfect. We kregen een aantal dagen gratis broodjes. We mochten zelfs opgeslagen voeding en drinken gebruiken. Ontbijt iedere dag in de tuin op een terras. We hebben 's avonds 1 TV (netflix) gebruikt. Er waren in huis 6 TV's aanwezig. Ook de WiFi werkte prima. We hebben 5 dagen heerlijk gefietst in deze mooie omgeving. Er is ook een trein station, waar we zijn vertrokken voor een mooi dagje München.

Rundum versorgt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit

Das Wochenende mit meiner Cousine in Burgheim war (wie schon das letzte mal) ganz wunderbar. Das Haus ist blitzsauber, die Betten sehr bequem, und die Ausstattung extrem hochwertig. Egal wo man sich im Haus aufhält, fühlt man sich rundum umsorgt. Der Partykeller (oder Ruheraum) lädt zu nostalgischen Ausflügen in die 90er ein, und die Umgebung lässt sich - dank mehrerer Wanderwege - rund um Burgheim weitläufig erkunden. Danach kann man sich in der Sauna super wieder aufwärmen. Der Brötchenservice war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Einfach Spitze

Die Woche im Ferienhaus war ein absoluter Traum. Das liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Haus war total gemütlich. Die im ganzen Haus verteilten Annehmlichkeiten unschlagbar toll,hatten wir so noch nie. Frau Klein, die Vermieterin, sehr sympathisch und ums Wohl des Gastes total bemüht, es blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, vom Abtropfsieb bis zur Zitronenpresse. Wir können das Ferienhaus ohne Einschränkungen weiterrempfehlen und kommen sicher wieder. Wir wünschen Familie Klein alles Gute.

Alles aussergewöhnlich

Alles war super gut von Anfang bis Ende. Gut zum Fahrrad fahren. Abends draußen sitzen mit Grill und Lagerfeuer. Im Haus alles was man braucht und viel viel mehr. Morgens stand oft eine Flasche Wein oder Sekt vor der Tür. Außerdem jede Menge anderer Getränke und Lebensmittel kostenlos

Ein Traum

Wir waren sehr gespannt auf unsere Ferienwohnung in Burgheim und unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Die Wohnung war wirklich ein Traum. Eine Wohnung, welche an Sauberkeit nicht zu übertreffen war. Ausstattung, Lage, die liebe Familie Klein-wunderbar. Besonders überrascht waren wir von den vielen, liebevollen Geschenken, wir wurden richtig verwöhnt. Dafür möchten wir uns bei Familie Klein noch einmal auf das herzlichste bedanken. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100 % weiter und kommen gerne einmal wieder.
