Quiet house with shops nearby (Intermarché at 500 m, bakery, tobacco bar, pharmacy at 300 m.), In the heart of the Canadian landing beaches sector.
Kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave.
Bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet.
Large room, living room with double sofa bed and television
Enclosed grounds of 900 m² facing south, terrace opposite the kitchen with garden furniture and barbecue
Sheets can be rented per bed 15 euros, optional cleaning 60 euros, towel rental (one large and one small 9 euros).
For rentals from October to May, electricity consumption is not included in the rental price and you will be billed at the EDF tariff in force.
For weekly rentals, in high season (July August) 700 euros, medium season (May, June, September) 600 euros and low season (October to April) 500 euros
