Had a great time.

Awesome property for a large family. 9 bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen facilities were perfect for a large family to prepare meals.

Spring break Visit to Branson

Overall stay was wonderful! House was well stocked and offered plenty of space for everyone. Really like the layout of 7 master king rooms, all with own on-suite, and 2 bunk rooms with space to sleep15 kids/teens! Community pool was very nice!

Plenty of room for 26 people. Local manager very responsive. Plenty of cooking utensils and crock pots (wish the online list was more complete because we brought extra crock pots when the list didn't include qty). Game room was great. Convenient location. Plenty of bathrooms. Inside pool was cold but great location. Plenty of parking. Beautiful view from balcony.

Perfect for family reunion!

Family reunion

Great place to stay! We had everything we needed, plus hot tub, games, and use of indoor pool. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and beds were so comfy! Great linens too! Thank you!!

Family reunion

Great property for large get-togethers. The home was exactly as it was described. We all loved how spacious the rooms and bathrooms were and plenty of room to spread out. It was also nice there were 7 or 8 parking spaces for this house. We would definitely book again.

Family summer vacation

We have a very large family, and this house was perfect for us. Everyone commented on how nice the house was. We loved that we had room to all sit together for our meals. It rained one day, but the basement setup and indoor pool kept everyone happy.

Friends getaway

The house was just perfect for us. It was compacted but very spacious at the same time. We love how every room has its own bathroom so that’s convenient . We loved the indoor and outdoor community pool. The lake/beach area was just 5 min down the road. Everything was just perfect . Great for families and friends . We had a really good time

Best place we’ve ever stayed!

Absolutely excellent!! Plenty of room, extra clean, well stocked kitchen and super comfy!! The pool was close and very nice. No loud parties and friendly staff. Pool noodles were very appreciated. We had 10 adults and 6 children and they loved the bunk room. The two 12 year olds enjoyed their own suite! I would return in a heartbeat!!

Excellent accommodations!

My husband and I and our children, their spouses, and grandkids totaling 26 had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean and well stocked. The kids enjoyed all the games, the adults enjoyed the retro arcade games from their childhood, the hot tub was frequented, and they enjoyed the use of the swimming pool. The two refrigerators in the home were both used and appreciated. We would love to return the next time we travel to Branson!! Thank you for offering homes like this!!

It was hard to say goodbye

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! The home and location are beautiful. We had a wonderfully warm welcome and great communication throughout. My family is already trying to convince me to book again for this year. We absolutely would if there were enough space. There was no issue with accommodating our guests, but I fear after those who didn't make it see our videos and hear how amazing of a time we had, our numbers will really take off! Lol! Thanks for a memorable holiday! .

Beautiful property!

It was very clean which is important to us, the view was fabulous! We all loved sitting on the upper back deck in the mornings with our coffee and in the evenings as the sun set. The whole family was so impressed and loved it! No complaints! Plenty of space, ample cookware, dishes, etc. The only suggestion I might add is some roll down outdoor shades of some kind for the deck to help block some of the evening sun would be wonderful. We hope to come back soon, highly recommend this home and so appreciated Jason and Lisa's communication. Also the beautifully decorated cookies were a BIG hit! Just delicious, thank you!!

Perfect Family Reunion Location

Our location at Table Rock Lake was perfect for our family reunion! The kitchen accommodated the number of people attending our reunion, with plenty of cooking options. The number of gathering spots in the house made it easy to break-out into smaller groups. There were plenty of games and activities for everyone. The bedrooms gave each couple a private room, while the bunkrooms were perfect for our singles and kids. The community pool, both outdoor and indoor pools, were within an easy walk from the house and enjoyed by many. The house was close to the state park marina, which is by far the best place to rent pontoons and wave runners. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the property manager was extremely responsive! We had one bed frame break on one couple, and the property manager was quick to schedule a time for repairs to be made to the frame. The couple affected were very appreciative of the fast turn-around time. We all loved this location!!

Best Family Reunion

Our large family FINALLY had the chance to all get together...all 31 of us. Our 17 grand children ranged from 2 years old to 15 and so this house was perfect for us. The rec room was a kid favorite and constantly in use. My favorite place was the kitchen area. It was large enough for gathering, playing games, and eating meals together. We even enjoyed sitting and playing games out on the deck, and porch with the ping pong table and fire pit. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the 9 boy cousins, all between the ages 7 -9, loved sharing the bunk room. The pools were well cared for and a quick easy walk from the house. The location of the neighborhood was excellent, so close to Moonshine Beach and the sites we wanted to visit downtown. This house, its owners, and property managers deserve an A+. I would highly recommend it!

Fantastic place for a large group getaway with Friends or Family

This property was one of the most beautiful rental homes we've ever stayed in. The many king bedrooms were spacious and well appointed, all with ensuite bathrooms allowing our church small group retreat of many couples to spread out and have privacy when needed. While we did not have the need for them on this trip, if we came back with our children we would definitely be using some of the 15 bunk beds, 9 in one room and 6 in the other. What sets this property apart from many others we looked at though, is the comfortable seating at the large dining table as well as the seating in the adjacent living room space off the kitchen on the main floor, allowing your group of 10 to all sit together comfortably for game nights or just hanging around talking. The duplicate sets of large appliances (double refrigerators, double dishwashers, double ovens, double microwaves, double laundry) allows a large group to comfortably stay, eat, and live here without frustration. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and take a nap or read a book or engage in conversation without bothering others. The outdoor amenities were also plentiful and comfortable. The entire house was decorated with an excellent sense of style that was warm and welcoming yet modern and visually pleasing. The communication with owner Lisa was responsive and she made sure we were all set to enjoy our stay with prompt follow up on any questions. Thanks again for hosting such a wonderful stay. We hope to be back again soon and bring more friends or family!

Just Magnificent
