We would like to kindly welcome you to Nguyen's Villa which is seated in a peaceful and quiet place near the center of LAGI. It offers a very natural feel and comfort during a stay for up to 8 adult persons (children are welcome as well of course). Due to its large windows it is a very open, bright and also airy place and offers a comfortable stay even in the warmer days in the city.
Almost everything in the house is either new or has just been renovated (Jan 2020). The interior in general has a modern style, whereas the bedrooms in particular have a different interior style, although the amenities are the same. One big room (two beds for up to 4 persons) has a clearly modern style, one double room has a more classic look, whereas a second double room is a mixture of a modern and a classic style.
Guests have access to their booked bedroom of course and to a private toilet and bathroom.

Both gardens (front and backyard) invite for a beautiful stay for rest, at daytime as well as at night. BBQ facilities are provided in the backyard garden, a shared fully equipped kitchen with eating table and a shared living room with TV and seating area.
There is a fish pool in the living room built into the floor.

Within walking distance around the house you will find a supermarket, several coffee shops, restaurants offering local food, furthermore the famous Vietnamese street food, pubs\bars\clubs as well as a park. Also a traditional market can be found where you can get all kinds of things. The beach is about 5,5 km away. There is a buddhist temple 1 km and a church around 1,3 km away from the house.
