A beautiful location, house is surrounded by nature and only 200 meters to beach.
Property is situated on popular Middleton Point. Very private, yet close to beach, park, and shops.
Property would suit those wanting to wake to natural surrounds and chirping birds. Middleton is only a 75 minute scenic drive from Adelaide and is situated between beautiful Port Elliott and Goolwa.
